  • SharePoint Syntex: Refinement rules for document understanding extractor models – New refinement option to edit model extracted values before saving to the library column. Roadmap ID:88952
  • SharePoint: Manage apps using the App Catalog – As a SharePoint or global admin in Microsoft 365, you can distribute custom apps that can be used across SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Viva Connections using the modernized App Catalog. Roadmap ID:88844
  • SharePoint: Site owners manage app requests in SharePoint Store – Site owners can manage requests for store apps in a streamlined process and track the status in a modern view of My requests page under SharePoint Apps. Roadmap ID:88950
  • SharePoint: Microsoft 365 Lists entry point in the SharePoint app bar – An entry point to Microsoft 365 Lists will appear in the SharePoint app bar after the files icon. Content in the Microsoft 365 lists panel is driven by Microsoft Graph and is personalized to user activity. Feature ID:85641

  • Microsoft Viva: Topics available in GCC – Availability for Viva Topics in GCC. Roadmap ID: 72185
  • OneDrive and SharePoint: Access your Teams standard and private channel files – When you navigate to a site in SharePoint or OneDrive, you’ll be able to access the files stored in the Teams standard and private channels associated with that site. Roadmap ID: 88911
  • SharePoint: Microsoft Lists unscheduled items pane on calendar view – You can review all the items not yet appearing in the Calendar view due to missing dates. These items will appear on the Unscheduled tab within the events pane to the right of the Calendar view. Roadmap ID:93223

  • SharePoint: Section Templates for SharePoint Pages – When you add a new section to a page, you can select a blank template with popular image and text combinations for a quick start. Roadmap ID:88838

Release – May 2022

  • Microsoft Viva: New Settings page to configure all personal insights and experiences – The Config Settings page in the MyAnalytics dashboard allows users to customize working hours, set up focus plan, set quiet hours, set up delay delivery, and, when applicable, configure their team. We are introducing a new universal Settings page in the MyAnalytics web dashboard that will include settings for the daily Briefing email in addition to the existing controls. Access to select settings will be extended to all users that have licenses with the Exchange Online service plan. Roadmap ID: 88994
  • SharePoint: Site template history – View the history of any site templates applied to your site and related site script actions. Roadmap ID: 93186

  • 🆕 Microsoft Viva: Viva Insights app in Teams with Personal Insights for GCC – The Microsoft Viva Insights app in Microsoft Teams will be available in GCC and will show you personalized recommendations that help you do your best work. Roadmap ID: 93244

Release – September 2022

  • SharePoint: Private drafts for SharePoint pages and news – We’re adding the ability to create private drafts for pages and news posts. A private draft is visible only to the page author, the people the author chooses to share it with, and site admins. It’s great for creating and editing content that’s not ready for others to see except the people you want to collaborate with. Feature ID:85629
