  • Microsoft 365: Information Barriers (IB) upgrading from IB v1 to IB v2 with new capabilities – Information Barriers (IB) V2 brings new capabilities including larger segment scale support, multi-segment support, and flexible people discoverability etc. Existing IB v1 tenants require an upgrade to IB v2 to take advantage of these new capabilities. This roadmap item is intended only for all IB v1 customers. All other customers will get IB v2 capabilities when they enable IB in their tenants.   • Microsoft Teams: Excel Live for GCCH and DoD – Collaborate easily in Teams with our new Excel Live feature. Select the file you want to share, grant permissions to meeting participants, and enable all meeting participants to edit the document from the meeting window.   • 🆕 Microsoft Teams: Shifts notification deep link improvements – Frontline workers and managers will be able to take appropriate actions when they receive notifications on key activities. For example, when a manager receives a notification for requests, clicking on notification will take them directly to the request approval page. When frontline workers gets notified of new shift schedule, the message will take them directly to the schedule view.   • 🆕 Microsoft Teams: Single Watermark for Teams Meetings (Premium) – Teams meeting organizers now have the flexibility to choose between a Single watermark or a repeated watermark. The Single watermark will display the viewer’s email on top of the shared content and/or video feed in a clean and unobtrusive manner. When the Single watermark option is enabled via Meeting options, the watermark will be enforced for all meeting attendees.   • 🆕 Microsoft Teams: Remove Teams call and meetings details from mobile device call logs – Teams users can now choose if they want to keep or remove their Teams call and meetings history details from their iOS device call log.   • 🆕 Microsoft Teams: Workflows App – All workflow capabilities in Teams (powered by Power Automate) will be consolidated under the new Workflows app. Within the Workflows personal app you’ll be able to manage all Teams related workflows. Users will also be able to create and kick off workflows through the Message Extension, a new entry point in addition to Message Actions.   • Microsoft Teams: SMS Notifications in Virtual Appointments Template (Premium) – External guest users will receive SMS text notifications about their appointment, including appointment details and the meeting join link so they can join directly from mobile. Text notifications are sent for appointment confirmation, updates, and a reminder 15 minutes before the appointment begins.   • 🆕 Microsoft Teams: Simplifying Meeting Join Experiences on Mobile – We are improving the meeting join experience on mobile by 1) streamlining the meeting join process by reducing the number of steps it takes to join the meeting, particularly for users joining from externally of the organization, 2) users who join without signing in will now have the capability to preset and preview video / audio settings prior to joining the meeting, and 3) simplifying the join process for users with multiple accounts by improving the account switching user experience.   • Microsoft Teams: Extended Real-time telemetry retention for upto 7 days (Premium) – To facilitate meeting quality troubleshooting for admins in Teams admin center, real-time telemetry available during the meeting will be retained for an extended period of time (up to 7 days after meeting is ended) for users with Premium licenses.   • Microsoft Teams: Automatically view up to 9 videos (3×3) in Teams meetings in Chrome and Edge – Microsoft Teams Meetings currently supports a maximum of 4 videos (2×2) on the screen by default (i.e., Gallery view) on web browsers. With this update, users will be able to automatically see up to 9 videos (3×3) on Chrome and Edge on their screen by default without an explicit action.   • 🆕 Microsoft Teams: Tasks in my area (a Tasks in Teams mobile feature) – In the Tasks app and Microsoft Planner, which helps power the Tasks app in Teams, buckets are a common way to organize tasks into different areas of work. The mobile experience for the Tasks app in Teams will soon be updated to make it easier to filter to a specific bucket or set of buckets, so you can focus on tasks in your area. This update extends support for Fingerprint-based SITs to additional workloads, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Endpoint and enables admins to adjust threshold while creating Fingerprint SITs.   • Microsoft Purview Information Protection: Tracking and Revocation – Tracking and revocation provides admins and end-users greater control over local files. When an end-user protects their local file with an encrypted sensitivity label, they enable the tracking and revocation feature. With this feature, the file owner and admin of the organization can view user access attempts to the file and whether they were successful.   • 🆕 Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Communication Compliance: Enhanced Policy Conditions – Three updates are coming to enhance policy conditions. First, our updated policy conditions enable the detection of messages sent and received both to and from external email addresses, allowing you to identify specific instances of information being shared with external contacts. Secondly, with the new OR condition capability, you can combine multiple conditions within the same policy, creating custom logic to suit your unique compliance requirements. Lastly, to make policy creation and updates a seamless process, we’ve introduced the ability to test conditions before implementing them. By using sample messages, you can evaluate how your conditions will perform and fine-tune them to align with your compliance goals.   • Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Endpoint Data Loss Prevention –  Support for Advanced classification scanning and protection for Endpoints running on Mac OS – With this capability, admins can now extend Advanced classification support to Mac Endpoints as well. Advance Classification scanning and protection allows the more advanced Microsoft Purview cloud-based data classification service to scan items, classify them and return the results to the local machines. This means admins can take advantage of classification techniques like fingerprinting, exact data match classification and named entities in their DLP policies. Currently available in GA for Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention, we’re introducing the ability to extend Advance Classification support to Mac endpoint devices for Government Clouds.   •  Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Potential high impact user experience enhancements – We will make some minor experience changes for when a user has been detected as a potential high impact user whose activities may lead to potential data security incidents. These changes will include improving accessibility and providing more prominent highlighting of the reasons for being detected as a potential high impact user. Additionally, we will provide additional descriptors regarding how the risk score booster is applied to the user. Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management correlates various signals to identify potential malicious or inadvertent insider risks, such as IP theft, data leakage, and security violations.   • Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Sensitivity analysis for policy tuning – With this update, admins with appropriate permissions will have the ability to view a sensitivity analysis, which shows the  count of users in the organization that would meet specific indicator thresholds. The sensitivity analysis is presented as a bar chart, with potential inputs of an indicator threshold on the x-axis and the corresponding count of users on the y-axis. Admins can utilize this chart to make informed decisions on which threshold to apply for each indicator.
