- SharePoint: Updates to channel site layouts and parent team site settings – Every team in Microsoft Teams is connected to a team site in SharePoint. This is also true for private channels in Teams. Private channels are connected to their own unique team site. This update includes improvements to the private channel site home page layout and the way site settings apply to the parent site and associated channel sites. Roadmap ID:88963
- SharePoint Syntex: Responsible AI guardrails for Image Tags (editable column and feedback UX) – “Tags” column changes from read only to a new editable “Image Tags” column so that customers can add and remove tags at their discretion. It also incorporates a way for users to provide feedback on the quality of AI generated tags from within the details pane. Roadmap ID:88708
- Microsoft Viva: Improvements for Topic Management – This update will empower Knowledge Managers, providing additional metadata for sorting and filtering through the list of topics, including additional quality and usage columns, and segmentation to help manage topics at scale. Roadmap ID:72182
- Microsoft Viva: Exclude content from topic discovery based off applied sensitivity labels – Use Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) sensitivity labels to control which files should not be included in topic discovery. Roadmap ID:82047
- Microsoft Viva: Select sensitivity label to exclude sites from topic discovery – Use Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) sensitivity labels to control which sites should not be included in topic discovery. Roadmap ID:82048
- Microsoft Stream: Preview of new video start page on Office for GCC-H and DOD – The new video start page in Office web brings together all your videos uploaded to Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Yammer, and across the suite and enables you to easily create new videos and get to videos shared with and recommended for you. - Microsoft Viva: User opt-in as suggested experts – To meet some customer governance and privacy standards, we now allow users to control being displayed as potentially associated with the topic. For these circumstances, you’ll be able to empower users to opt-in to be added to topic pages and cards. Roadmap ID:82103

- Microsoft Lists: Custom list templates – Microsoft have announced that they will be supporting custom list templates – the ability for organizations to define custom list templates. Note, you will be able to manage which templates are available to which people, based on their job role. Roadmap ID: 70753

- 🆕 SharePoint: Microsoft Lists calendar view conditional formatting – Items in a list’s calendar view can be color coded based on conditions or rules specified on the fields available in the view. These rules can be managed using the ‘Format current view’ section of the calendar view. Roadmap ID:93360
- SharePoint: Multilingual User Interface Streamlining – The SharePoint multilingual feature is expanding to include team sites. This new release includes other improvements to the navigation and site title editing experience for users whose preferred language differs from the sites default language. Roadmap ID:93332
- SharePoint: Updates to channel site to display site permissions – Every team in Microsoft Teams is connected to a team site in SharePoint. This is also true for private channels in Teams. Each private and shared channels is connected to its own unique team site. This update includes the display of the site permissions panel and updates to the site sharing options for channel sites. - Microsoft Viva: Topics in Teams – Add topics to chat messages and display topic cards in Microsoft Teams. Roadmap ID:72189

- 🆕 Microsoft Viva: Inline suggestions available while composing an email or meeting invitation in Outlook on the web – While composing an email or a meeting invitation in Outlook on the web, users will see inline suggestions from Microsoft Viva Insights to help improve productivity and wellbeing. These complement the inline suggestions they already see while reading emails and meeting invites. Roadmap ID:93350
- Microsoft Viva: Topic Management – Metadata – You’ll be able to sort ad filter on additional usage data in the topic center, including metrics, usage, quality, and more. Roadmap ID:88700

- 🆕 Microsoft Viva: New module powered by Viva Goals – Microsoft Viva Goals connects employees to your organization’s goals, helps them stay aligned at scale, and drives business results to empower people and teams to understand their impact. Use Viva Goals as a standalone web application or directly from inside Teams and our other integrations. Roadmap ID:82188
- SharePoint: Updated SharePoint app bar and start page sites for GCC High and DoD – The My sites panel in the SharePoint app bar will now include sites that users frequently access and follow. Additionally, the SharePoint start page, (the landing page when you select SharePoint tile in the Office 365 app launcher), will also show sites that users frequently access, recent sites and news. This change will populate sites content for these experiences in GCC High and DoD environments. Roadmap ID:93181

- Microsoft Viva: Effective meetings in Viva Insights – A new “Effective meetings” experience is being introduced in the Microsoft Viva Insights app in Microsoft Teams. Meeting organizers will be able to view personalized insights and suggestions to help improve their meeting habits. Users will also be able to create and share meeting plans to set team meeting norms such as shorter meetings by default and always including Teams links. Roadmap ID:85660
