  • Microsoft Lists: new ‘Integrate’ drop-down menu – Introduction of a new top-level menu item: ‘Integrate.’ To start, existing command buttons for Power Apps and Power Automate will move into Integrate – as they are integrated technologies and experiences. Roadmap ID: 64869
  • SharePoint Syntex: Content type synchronization enhancements – Changes to the way content type publishing works in SharePoint, moving from a “push everywhere” model to a “pull as needed” model to help improve reliability and performance of the service. Roadmap ID: 70795

  • Microsoft Lists: calendar view – Visualize any list with items that use date column information in a calendar view. Roadmap ID: 64167
  • SharePoint lists and libraries: New calendar picker – Microsoft are replacing the legacy calendar control with the latest Office Fabric calendar for Gregorian calendars. Roadmap ID: 63277
  • SharePoint: SharePoint spaces 360° image annotations and tours – 360° tour web part in SharePoint spaces allows creation of immersive virtual tours for SharePoint sites. Roadmap ID: 65072

  • 🆕 SharePoint: New vertical site templates – Nonprofit, Retail and Healthcare – New vertical site templates coming to SharePoint including nonprofit volunteer center, retail management, store collaboration and healthcare hospital collaboration. Roadmap ID: 85659
  • Microsoft Lists: mobile app (iOS) built on SharePoint – You’ll be able to create new lists, edit list items and easily share with other people. The Lists app will first come to iOS and Android shortly after. Roadmap ID: 64161
  • Microsoft Lists: Enabling commenting to Lists app in Teams – Bringing web commenting experience to Lists app in Teams. Add/delete a comment on list items to collaborate and share better within the Teams canvas. Roadmap ID: 70707
  • Yammer and SharePoint for Business: Yammer Conversations Web Part V3 – 3 new configurations to the Yammer Conversations SharePoint Web Part: new horizontal layout, new filter option to show only Questions or All Conversations, and a new configuration option to show or hide the Yammer publisher. Roadmap ID: 81998

  • 🆕 SharePoint: Updated site creation experience – We’ve updated the site creation experience to make it easier for site creators to select the right type of SharePoint site, understand roles, and site permissions. Updates to this experience include refreshed graphics, expanded site descriptions, and more context for different permission levels in the Site permissions panel. Roadmap ID: 85683
  • 🆕 Microsoft Viva: Focus time experiences in Viva Insights app in Microsoft Teams – Viva Insights will be rolling out a new experience that expands on the focus time feature in Viva Insights enabling Microsoft 365 users to work uninterrupted with Teams notifications silenced. Focus mode will enrich the focus time experience by helping users make progress on important work, with focus music from Headspace. This immersive experience includes a notification, and a new focus mode page in the Viva Insights Teams app. Users will be able to enroll or modify their focus plan settings, or book ad-hoc focus time in the Viva Insights Teams app. Roadmap ID: 85661
  • 🆕 Microsoft Viva: Sync learning management systems with Learning – Configure learning management systems (Saba, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone On demand) as a learning content source to make your organization’s own content available in Viva Learning. The content is available for search and discovery and can be browsed by the employees who use Viva Learning. Roadmap ID: 85670
  • 🆕 Microsoft Viva: Connect third party learning providers to Learning – Configure various learning sources in Viva Learning app to make the global or tenant specific content from those learning sources available within your Viva Learning app. The content is available for search and discovery and can be browsed by the employees who use Viva Learning. Global sources available by GA include EdX, Coursera, Pluralsight, LinkedIn, JBA, Infosec; Tenant specific sources include Skillsoft, Udemy, and Go1. Roadmap ID: 85671
  • 🆕 Microsoft Viva: Add Viva Learning app to Microsoft Teams – Viva Learning will be shipped as a pre-installed app in Microsoft Teams. Users will be able to add the Viva Learning app to Microsoft Teams to discover, share, track, and consume learning content. Roadmap ID: 85672
  • 🆕 Microsoft Viva: Search for learning content in Learning app in Microsoft Teams – Search for learning content from Microsoft and partner providers inside Viva Learning Teams app. Roadmap ID: 85673
  • 🆕 Microsoft Viva: Social learning features – Share learning courses from Teams chat using Learning App compose extension. Curate a list of courses for a Chat/Channel by creating a learning tab in a chat and pinning Learning Objects within it. Share a Learning object from Learning app to Teams via Share- Share to teams option. Share a Learning Object to any other surface by copying the link to the object via Share-Copy Link.   • 🆕 Microsoft Viva: Recommend learning content and track completion progress – Recommend a learning course to one or more individuals, with options to set a due date for completion and capture additional information via the ‘notes’. For all recommendations, the recommender can view reported completion progress of each of the recommendees. Recomendees can view recommendations made to them along with information of who recommended, notes from the recommender and Due date. As content is consumed, recomendees can update status of the recommendation to in-progress or Completed. Users get notifications for new recommendations, notifications for recommendations approaching due date and notifications for overdue recommendations. Roadmap ID: 85675
  • 🆕 Microsoft Viva: Feature learning content to organization – Knowledge admins can highlight content within their organization to appear in banner carousel in the Viva Learning app. Roadmap ID: 85676
  • 🆕 Microsoft Viva: Learning – My Learning view – In the My Learning view, users will be able to view and track learning content assigned and recommended to them, bookmarked content, recently viewed courses, and completed courses on this page. Roadmap ID: 85677
  • 🆕 Microsoft Viva: Viva Learning for mobile – Access Viva Learning on the go, anytime, anywhere on your Mobile device. Roadmap ID: 85678
  • 🆕 Microsoft Viva: Learning content discovery based on user’s interests – Users will be able to discover engaging learning opportunities by picking and saving their interests. Once interests are saved, learning content based on those interests will show in the Home page in ‘Based on your interest’ section and in the ‘Your interests’ tab in the ‘Browse courses’ section as well. Users will also be able to use their interests to filter learning content in the search results page. Roadmap ID: 85679
  • 🆕 Microsoft Viva: Content consumption in Viva Learning – User can consume learning content from Microsoft Learn, and Microsoft 365 training within the Viva Learning app. Roadmap ID: 85680

  • Microsoft Viva: Briefing email for Government Community Cloud – The daily briefing email- a personalized, actionable briefing email from Microsoft Viva, automatically delivered to your Outlook inbox to help you start the day on track and stay on top of tasks, will be available for Government Community Cloud (GCC).
