  • Microsoft Teams: Video Streams Out via AJA or Blackmagic Design Hardware – Isolated video streams can be sent out of Teams meetings via AJA and Blackmagic Design hardware devices. Feature ID:82812
  • Microsoft Teams: Isolated audio feed capabilities – When using NDI or hardware-out in Microsoft Teams, users will be able to get the isolated audio feed along with the isolated video feed from any Teams meeting.  Feature ID:86757
  • Microsoft Teams: Guest access in GCC-High – Teams now supports Guest Access between tenants inside the GCC-H Cloud. Roadmap ID: 83677

  • Microsoft Teams: Anonymous meeting join across clouds – Join meetings in other clouds anonymously from your Teams desktop app (across clouds).  We will be enabling this in three phases. First, Commercial and GCC customers will be able to join meetings in GCC-High and DOD clouds. Next, we will enable GCC-High customers to join Commercial, GCC and DOD meetings. Then, we will enable DOD customers to join Commercial, GCC, and GCC-High meetings. Roadmap ID:86311
  • Microsoft Teams: Microsoft Teams panels Check in notifications to Microsoft Teams Rooms – For Teams panels deployment with Microsoft Teams Rooms, when this feature is enabled, checking in on Teams panels will send a notification to the Teams Rooms front of room display to inform the people in the room that their meeting room reservation is over and others are waiting for the room outside. Roadmap ID: 86719
  • Microsoft Teams: Pin chat messages – Pin a Teams chat message to drive awareness and provide the chat members with quick access to important content. Pinning will help your team stay in sync on what’s and relevant in a timely manner. Roadmap ID:82584

  • 🆕 Microsoft Teams: Upload files to your approval request via Power Automate portal – Files that are uploaded within the Power Automate portal will now show within the view details window of an Approval request within Teams. Roadmap ID: 89106
  • Microsoft Teams: Search in Teams Admin Center (Preview) – Admins can search for users, teams, pages and settings using a common search box in Teams admin center.  Roadmap ID:83671

Release – April 2022

  • 🆕 Microsoft Teams: Live Captions for Anonymous (Guest) Users – Anonymous (Guest) Users are now able to view Live Captions in Teams Meetings on desktop. Roadmap ID: 93049

  • Microsoft Teams: Inline video helper for policy attributes in TAC – Admins will have an option to quickly play a simple video/gif available for a policy attribute to understand the impact of policy control on end user experience and decide whether to enable it or disable it for the users in their org.   Roadmap ID:90704
  • Microsoft Teams: Bulk removal for individual policy assignments – Admins can cleanup individual policy assignments from users in bulk, so that those users can inherit the correct policy either via a group policy assignment or global org-wide default.  Roadmap ID:90705
  • Microsoft Teams: Policy operations details in enhanced activity log – Admins can see group policy assignments in activity log along with other policy operations. Activity log has now enhanced details regarding a policy operation to give admins more visibility.  Roadmap ID:90712
