When we create a new team using a default template – for example the “Manage a Project” template, the project management channels and apps, and the connected SharePoint template gets applied automatically. You can review and monitor sites based on the type of sharing. • 🆕 Microsoft Viva: Effective meetings in Viva Insights – A new “Effective meetings” experience is being introduced in the Microsoft Viva Insights app in Microsoft Teams. Meeting organizers will be able to view personalized insights and suggestions to help improve their meeting habits. Users will also be able to create and share meeting plans to set team meeting norms such as shorter meetings by default and always including Teams links. Roadmap ID: 85660
• 🆕 Microsoft Stream: Comment on a video or audio file in SharePoint and OneDrive – This feature builds on top of the already existing comments found in OneDrive and SharePoint Online but presents these comments with a new Office look and feel within the player. This feature allows users with view permissions to leave a comment and users with edit permissions to @ mention, which are both default changes in behavior in terms of permissions for video and audio files.  Roadmap ID: 88521
• 🆕 Microsoft Stream: Add chapters to help viewers find the right part of a video – Users with edit access to a video uploaded to SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Yammer can now add chapters to help viewers identify information in the video. For each chapter you can specify a point in time in the video and title of that chapter which will show up in the table of contents side pane for the video as well as on the video timeline. Roadmap ID: 88525
• 🆕 Microsoft Viva: Topic engagement analytics – This update will introduce usage and engagement analytics on topics (views, edits, etc.) to the Microsoft Admin Center. Roadmap ID: 88699
• 🆕 Microsoft Viva: Topic Management – Metadata – You’ll be able to sort ad filter on additional usage data in the topic center, including metrics, usage, quality, and more. Roadmap ID: 88700 Microsoft Viva: Topic Management – Navigation – We’re integrating all stages of topic lifecycles into a unified list with filtering and sorting my lifecycle stage and other data.  Combined with search, this will help you find specific topics when the volume of topics in the system is large. • 🆕 SharePoint: Security- Granular conditional access policies – Continuing our investment in sensitivity labels by adding more policy controls, like my favorite one – granular Conditional Access. For example, the Top-Secret label, can now have a conditional access policy that requires multi-factor authentication when accessing a site. Roadmap ID: 82163

• 🆕 Microsoft Viva: Support bookmarks with topic answers in Microsoft Search – You’ll be able to see both bookmarks and topic answer cards in Microsoft Search if both exist and are relevant to your query. Roadmap ID: 88702
