      • 🆕 SharePoint: Autofill columns – This allows SharePoint Premium users to add natural language prompts to document library columns to extract or generate metadata from an uploaded file’s contents.       • SharePoint: Adobe Acrobat Sign Integration with SharePoint eSignature – SharePoint users who are also Adobe Acrobat sign customers can initiate eSignatures directly from PDF documents. The eSignature request will be processed by Adobe and a copy of the signed document will be automatically saved in SharePoint after signing. This reduces the risks of potential data leakage that customers often report as they move sensitive documents between SharePoint and 3rd party eSignature platforms. Manual download or upload of documents will no longer be required when initiating the request or when saving the signed documents back to SharePoint for long term storage.       • SharePoint: Creators and recipients can view, track, and sign their SharePoint eSignature requests in Approvals in Teams – Users can track their SharePoint eSignature requests in the Approvals app in Teams. In addition to select specialized headsets, Walkie Talkie in Teams will now work with any generic wired (USB-C and 3.5mm) headsets on Android. As long as the generic headsets have a control button to play/pause or to accept/decline calls, frontline workers can tap the button to start and stop transmissions on Walkie Talkie.                       • Microsoft Teams: Hide attendee names in Webinars (Premium) – Organizers can hide the names of attendees from other attendees during a webinar or a meeting, and only organizers and presenters are able to see the names of attendees.                       • Microsoft Teams: An improved search experience in chat and channels – new search experience will allow users to search in a specific chat or channel and reach relevant results faster.                           • Microsoft Teams: Task lists for each team member, recurring task lists, and top task publishing requests – Task publishing allows an organization to centrally define and distribute tasks across their frontline locations and monitor how that work is going. The task publishing capability will allow users to create recurring task lists that repeat on a selected cadence, to create lists assigned to everyone in a recipient team, to require a Microsoft Forms form as a prerequisite to completion, and to designate an approval as a prerequisite to completion.                             • 🆕 Microsoft Teams: Explicit consent for transcription in Teams meetings – The meeting policy that requires explicit consent to be recorded is expanding to include transcription. When the policy is applied, a notification will pop-up when the recording or transcription is initiated requesting consent of all participants to be transcribed and recorded.                               • Microsoft Teams: Teams meeting recordings will be saved to meeting organizer’s OneDrive for Business – With this change Teams meeting recordings will be saved to the meeting organizer’s OneDrive for Business instead of to the OneDrive for Business folder of the person who initiated the recording. This improves the compliance of recordings as meeting organizers can then manage access permissions and recording file management.                               • 🆕 Microsoft Teams: Live Share support for Chat, Channel, and Collaborative Stageview tab applications – Microsoft Teams applications that use Live Share for building real-time collaborative experiences – previously limited to Meeting Stage and Side Panel tabs – will be able to extend to Chat, Channel, and Collaborative Stageview tabs on desktop and web. Live Share enables collaborative features such as co-watching, co-creating, and co-editing content in real time.                               • Microsoft Teams: Copilot for Sales plugin for Copilot in Teams meetings – Admins can enable the Copilot for Sales plugin in the plugin menu. All plugins are toggled ‘off’ by default, and users can toggle it ‘on’ from the plugin menu. When Copilot for Sales plugin is set to ‘on,’ Copilot in Teams meetings will be able to access Sales and Dynamics 365 data to return insights for a summary of the sales opportunity for the meeting based on the transcript, as well as retrieve brand information for the account from Dynamics 365 if the account name was mentioned.                               • Microsoft Teams: Improvements to the view, download, and delete experience of Teams meeting transcript files – We are streamlining the storage of meeting transcript files. Starting with this feature, all meeting transcript entry points in Teams app will point to the OneDrive for Business copy only. The rollout of this feature also improves the delete experience of the transcript for meeting organizers. Now, when a meeting organizer or co-organizer deletes the transcript in the Microsoft Teams app, this will delete both copies of the transcript (from OneDrive for Business and Exchange Online) at the same time. If the meeting organizer deletes the transcript from Stream, only the copy in OneDrive for Business will be deleted. Since Collaborative Notes are a Loop component, it is always in sync regardless of how many places they live in. This ensures that organizations can receive critical alerts without being throttled by these limits. By default, the throttling limits will be applied as follows: All sensitive triggers, including HR signals, Azure AD leavers, and custom triggers, will be limited to 15,000 per day per trigger. Organizations can use these new indicators in data theft and data leaks policies. Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management correlates various signals to identify potential malicious or inadvertent insider risks, such as IP theft, data leakage, and security violations. Insider Risk Management enables customers to create policies based on their own internal policies, governance, and organizational requirements. Built with privacy by design, users are pseudonymized by default, and role-based access controls and audit logs are in place to help ensure user-level privacy.
