  • Microsoft Compliance center: Information Governance: Optimized behavior of deleted files with multiple versions in SharePoint – SharePoint Online items with multiple versions and a retention label now move to the Preservation Hold Library as a single file containing all versions when deleted. Roadmap ID:82062
  • SharePoint: Updated site logo management – With this update, we’re simplifying where you go to manage the site logo by centralizing it in the Change the Look header experience. Roadmap ID: 93231
  • Microsoft Stream: Add chapters to help viewers find the right part of a video – Users with edit access to a video uploaded to SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Yammer can now add chapters to help viewers identify information in the video. For each chapter you can specify a point in time in the video and title of that chapter which will show up in the table of contents side pane for the video as well as on the video timeline. Roadmap ID: 88525
  • Microsoft Stream: Improve audio quality with Noise suppression for Stream (on SharePoint) – Noise suppression helps both creators and viewers isolate speech from ambient noise, music, and other sounds, making voice more intelligible. Noise suppression significantly reduces ambient noise, bringing more clarity to speech in videos. Roadmap ID:88949
  • OneDrive: Large folder delete in OneDrive and SharePoint Document Libraries on web – Users will be able to delete large folders (10k items) on OneDrive and SharePoint Document Libraries on web.  Roadmap ID:88979


  • SharePoint: Inline playback of videos in Hero web part – When users click to play a video in the Hero web part section of a SharePoint site, the video will play inline. This feature allows users to watch a video without being taken off the SharePoint page and allows users to browse or scroll through the other contents of the page while the video plays. Roadmap ID: 93351
  • SharePoint: Video collections page – SharePoint video collections pages make it easy to gather and display all of the videos from a SharePoint site collection in one place.  This feature is particularly helpful schools, universities and other organizations that tend to share videos in Teams channels. With this feature you will be able to create a tab in your Teams channel that links directly to a specific collection of videos. Roadmap ID: 93352

  • 🆕 Microsoft Viva: Viva Insights app in Microsoft Teams redesign and availability via Microsoft 365 app launcher on – The Viva Insights app in Teams is being redesigned to create a more intuitive and actionable experience for individuals, managers, and leaders. Additionally, the Viva Insights web homepage – discoverable via as well as via the Microsoft 365 app launcher on – is being updated to match the app in Teams for simplicity and uniformity across surfaces.   • 🆕 Microsoft Viva: A new app called Microsoft Viva Engage – Viva Engage gives leaders a new way to shape culture at their organizations by unlocking communication and engagement opportunities for everyone. Built on the foundation of Yammer, Viva Engage brings people together across the organization to connect with leaders and coworkers, find answers to questions, share their unique story, and find belonging at work.   • 🆕 Microsoft Viva: Meeting category insights coming to the Viva Insights app in Teams – Meeting category insights can help you align time spent in meetings with your goals by giving you visibility into the categories of meetings where you spend your time. Roadmap ID: 93410
