  • SharePoint: Microsoft Lists: Approvals integration – Microsoft Lists templates will begin to leverage integration with the Approvals app in Microsoft Teams. When you specify the approver within your list item, the request will appear in the Approvals app in Teams or can be approved directly within the list.   • SharePoint: Microsoft Lists- A new forms experience to collect information – We are making it easier to collect information with an updated forms experience for Microsoft Lists. Forms look clean, are easy to design, can be easily shared, and respondents are able to fill them out on any device.   • SharePoint Premium: Enable/Disable Unstructured, Structured and Prebuilt Document Processing – Admins will be able to enable or disable the entire Unstructured, Structured, and Prebuilt Document Processing services.   • 🆕 SharePoint: New Banner web part (updated title area) in SharePoint Pages and News – We’ve made some improvements to the title area on top of the page experience. 1 – Title area is removable now, which is no longer required on your page. 2 – Rebranded the title area as a Banner web part with new layouts!   • SharePoint: Video Pages – Create video centric page content, like highlighting meeting content or executive messages with the new video pages templates – presenting them inline, playable, and beautiful.     • SharePoint: Content Pane for SharePoint Pages and News – The content pane surfaces relevant authoring tools that help authors quickly browse and add content to SharePoint pages.     • Microsoft Syntex: Creators and recipients can view, track, and sign their eSignature requests in Approvals in Teams – This feature will allow users to track their eSignature requests in the Approvals app in Teams. Users will be notified about new requests, updated about ongoing requests, and will be able to initiate signing within their flow of work in Teams.                   • Microsoft Teams: Walkie Talkie Support for Generic Wired Headsets on Android – We’ve integrated Walkie Talkie in Teams with the dedicated push-to-talk (PTT) button on specialized headsets to instantly brings up walkie talkie for clear and secure voice communication. In addition to select specialized headsets, Walkie Talkie in Teams will now work with any generic wired (USB-C and 3.5mm) headsets on Android. As long as the generic headsets have a control button to play/pause or to accept/decline calls, frontline workers can tap the button to start and stop transmissions on Walkie Talkie.                   • Microsoft Teams: Private Line – With private line, users will be able to have a private second phone number that they can make available to a select set of callers to call them directly, bypassing delegates, admins, or assistants. Inbound calls to the private line will be distinguished by a unique notification and ringtone. The private line will support incoming calls only. Note: We have updated the cloud instances to reflect the current state.                     • 🆕 Microsoft Teams: Citations for Copilot in Teams meetings available on mobile – Now available on mobile, Copilot in Teams responses have a citation number at the end of each Copilot statement that provides detail on the meeting artifact or source that Copilot used to generate the response, like the meeting transcript. Users can select the citation to see which speaker the citation is attributed to, the exact quote from the transcript, as well as the time stamp of the quote in the transcript. Admins with appropriate permissions will no longer need to enable browsing indicators from the insider risk settings page to gain visual insights of these activities. In addition, the feature has been updated with more precise detection when users switch between tabs and windows. This results in more reliable visual evidence insights when context is switched in the browser.                                           •  Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Insider Risk Management- Global exclusions – With this update, all exclusion features currently found under intelligent detections will be relocated to a new tab labeled "Global exclusions" within the insider risk settings. All previously added exclusions in intelligent detections will be migrated to this new tab. The functionality of exclusions remains unchanged. Moreover, admins with appropriate permissions can now add exclusion via defined detection groups, which contain similar entities like domains or file types. This new tab is designed to enhance usability and offers a convenient way to access and manage exclusions. Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management correlates various signals to identify potential malicious or inadvertent insider risks, such as IP theft, data leakage, and security violations. Insider Risk Management enables customers to create policies based on their own internal policies, governance, and organizational requirements.
