  • Microsoft 365 compliance center: Microsoft Purview | Communication Compliance – Additional classifier language support – To expand the ability to detect policy violations in communications beyond English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, and Chinese, Communication Compliance built-in classifiers (threat, harassment, and profanity) now support these additional four languages: Arabic, Dutch, Korean, and Chinese Traditional. Microsoft Purview Communication Compliance helps organizations detect explicit code of conduct and regulatory compliance violations, such as harassing or threatening language, sharing of adult content, and inappropriate sharing of sensitive information.   • Microsoft Defender for Office 365: End User Quarantine Notification for High confidence phish mail – We will begin supporting high confidence phish mails in user quarantine notification. Previously, High confidence phished mails were only supported in the quarantine portal for users. with this new capability, we will also trigger quarantine notification for high confidence phish items as well.   • Microsoft Defender for Office 365: Quarantine support for shared mailboxes – Users who have been granted delegate access to shared mailbox either through direct access or security group access will be able to triage the quarantine folder items of those mailboxes.   • Microsoft Defender for Office 365: Localization of end user spam notifications – We’re making it easier to send end user spam notifications to users in multiple languages. Instead of Admins choosing the specific language for quarantine notifications, spam notifications will be sent by default in the language assigned to the user’s mailbox. Roadmap ID:85562

  • 🆕 Microsoft Information Protection: Microsoft Purview | Auditing and Analytics in Outlook for iOS, Android, and Mac (DoD) – Outlook for iOS, Android, and Mac will send user label activity data to the Audit Log and Activity Explorer (depending on licensing configuration) for admins to search and review.   • Microsoft 365 compliance center: Microsoft Purview | Communication Compliance – Empower end users to report inappropriate messages in Teams – Microsoft Teams users are empowered to report inappropriate or concerning messages within Teams chat and channels. These reported messages are then submitted to a Communication Compliance policy for investigators to review and take action if deemed necessary. Microsoft Purview Communication Compliance helps organizations detect explicit code of conduct and regulatory compliance violations, such as harassing or threatening language, sharing of adult content, and inappropriate sharing of sensitive information. Currently, Microsoft Priva provides two products: Priva Privacy Risk Management helps organizations build a privacy-resilient workplace by identifying personal data and critical privacy risks around it, automating risk mitigation to prevent privacy incidents, and empowering employees to make smart data handling decisions. Priva Subject Rights Requests helps organizations manage requests at scale with the ability to automate data discovery and conflict detection, collaborate in a secure and efficient way, review and redact files in their native views, and integrate with in-house or partner-built privacy solutions.   • 🆕 Microsoft 365 compliance center: Microsoft Purview | New cmdlet for exporting Activity Explorer logs – Export feature of Activity Explorer has limitation of 10,000 rows. Our new feature will allow users to use cmdlet and export all the rows for all the data up to 30 days. Roadmap ID:93281

  • Microsoft 365 compliance center: Microsoft Purview | Communication Compliance – Sexual harassment classifier – The sexual harassment classifier detects explicit instances of sexual harassment as may be outlined in your organization’s policies and code of conduct, such as sexual advances, sexual comments and sexual favors. Microsoft Purview Communication Compliance helps organizations detect explicit code of conduct and regulatory compliance violations, such as harassing or threatening language, sharing of adult content, and inappropriate sharing of sensitive information.   • Microsoft Information Protection: Microsoft Purview | Configure display colors for sensitivity labels – This feature will simplify the policy management experience by enabling administrators to set a label color in the Microsoft Purview compliance portal for their sensitivity labels. Once applied, labels will display this coloring within first-party and third-party applications that support reading the color property, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Win32 native apps), or Power BI to name a few.
