  • SharePoint Syntex: Use taxonomy term set or term as input source in placeholders for modern templates – You can associate pre-defined term sets or terms as an input source to the placeholders you create in modern templates. When users fill the placeholder for creating a document from the template, you can only choose values from the configured term set for that placeholder. Roadmap ID:88938
  • Microsoft Viva: Viva Connections Multilingual Dashboard – You can create a Viva Connections Dashboard that can be viewed in multiple languages. Roadmap ID:88980
  • SharePoint: Viewing reviews in the SharePoint Store – Viewing reviews is supported in the SharePoint Store. The experience is modernized and aligned with AppSource now. Roadmap ID: 85615
  • SharePoint: Recommending apps from partners – We recommend more apps from the same publisher when user is viewing the app details in the store. We will also recommend top-rated apps from partners when there is no searching results. Roadmap ID: 85616




Release – May 2022

  • 🆕 SharePoint: Microsoft Lists Calendar view item drag and drop – List items can be rescheduled by dragging and dropping them from one day to another while within a Calendar view, or by pulling an item from the ‘Unscheduled’ pane that appears on the right within Calendar view. Roadmap ID: 93285
  • 🆕 SharePoint Syntex: Advanced Metadata Search supports new column types: multiline text and taxonomy – End users will be able to add the queriable multiline text and taxonomy columns from their library into the advanced metadata search. Roadmap ID: 93299

Release – June 2022

  • 🆕 SharePoint: Updated site logo management – With this update, we’re simplifying where you go to manage the site logo by centralizing it in Settings in the Change the Look panel, grouped with the Header options. Roadmap ID: 93290
