- 🆕 Microsoft Information Protection: Optical character recognition (OCR) in in Exchange online and Teams DLP – Optical character recognition (OCR) support extracts text from images and will help discover and protect sensitive data in images being shared in Exchange Online (EXO), and Teams Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies. Roadmap ID: 88860
- 🆕 Microsoft Information Protection: Configure display colors for sensitivity labels – This feature will simplify the policy management experience by enabling administrators to set a label color in the Microsoft 365 compliance center for their sensitivity labels. Once applied, labels will display this coloring within first-party and third-party applications that support reading the color property, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Win32 native apps), or Power BI to name a few. - Microsoft 365 compliance center: Data loss prevention (DLP) support for trainable classifiers – Trainable classifiers can be added as a condition for data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and enhanced templates and default policies will leverage trainable classifiers.
