  • Single Sign On with Office – The OneDrive sync client now shares credentials between the rest of the Office suite on macOS. Roadmap ID: 59235
  • Updates to @mentions email notifications – With this update you will be able to read through the comments you have been @mentioned in , directly in the email notification. Roadmap ID: 51538
  • Update to email notifications for shared content – Standardizing the email template to reflect consistency across products along with adding file previewer thumbnails and activity details. Roadmap ID: 53036
  • Reply to an Office comment from Outlook using actionable messages – With this update you will be able to save time and collaborate faster with comment and context previews in @mention and comment emails. Roadmap ID: 60807
  • PDFs and scans included in “Recent View” – Now, in your “Recent list”, uploaded scans and recently viewed PDFs will automatically surface at the top. Roadmap ID: 61356
  • Updates to recipient experience for “specific people” links – When users receive a “specific people” link to files or folders in OneDrive or SharePoint they will no longer see a page telling them to click “Next” to sign in. Roadmap ID: 63220
  • Allow user to override locked file to delete –  This feature allows you to override that lock and delete a WXP file when someone (or yourself) has it open, whether intentionally or not. Roadmap ID: 62665
  • Conditional access for macOS – OneDrive for Mac now respects conditional access for policies such as forced MFA, location based IP range filtering, and device compliance (as managed by Azure intune). Roadmap ID: 16636
  • Open in Review mode in Word online – When this feature is enabled, recipients can only open the Word file in the Word web app with the “Reviewing” mode enabled. Roadmap ID: 27017
