  • Microsoft 365 Compliance Center: Communication Compliance tagging improvements – Microsoft are adding column that will display the current tag applied, and we’ll provide the ability to unresolve a message so it can be triaged again by an investigator. Roadmap ID: 85556
  •  Microsoft Information Protection: Data loss prevention (DLP) integration with Microsoft Cloud App Security (MCAS) – Extend data loss prevention (DLP) policies to non-Microsoft cloud apps to monitor and detect when sensitive items are used and shared via non-Microsoft cloud apps. Roadmap ID: 85565
  • Microsoft 365 compliance center: Physical badging Connector for Government clouds – You can set up a connector in the Microsoft 365 compliance center to import physical badging data, such as employee’s raw physical access events or any physical access alarms generated by your organization’s badging system. Roadmap ID: 85588
  • Microsoft 365 compliance center: Records management multi-stage disposition review – This update allows organizations to use a multi-stage disposition process, including multiple stakeholders and reviews before deleting the content. Roadmap ID: 85591
  • Microsoft 365 compliance center: Data loss prevention (DLP) for Microsoft Teams data surfaced in Activity Explorer – DLP-related data sets which currently flow into Microsoft 365 Audit logs (i.e., Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams DLP) will now also surface within Activity Explorer and will now be available for Teams DLP under an activity called ‘DLP rule matched’. Roadmap ID: 85594
  • Microsoft Information Protection: Exact Data Match to support Auto-labeling (client-side) – Organizations will be able to configure new or existing client-side Auto-labeling policies using Exact Data Match (EDM) Sensitive Information Types (SITs), enabling more fine-grained control over which sensitive content gets labeled. Roadmap ID: 82072

  • 🆕 Microsoft 365 compliance center: Communication Compliance – Day zero insights – Communication Compliance Day Zero Insights helps organizations discover concerning behavior that they may not be aware of, like harassment, threats, or sharing of sensitive information, without even configuring a policy. This evaluation can help organizations identify potential areas of higher risk and determine the type and scope of communication policies to configure. For example, a trend of threatening language may be surfaced in Teams chats, and customers can easily configure a policy to detect threats sent over Teams channels. Roadmap ID: 85650
  • 🆕 Microsoft 365 compliance center: Communication Compliance – DLP policy recommendation – We are surfacing Communication Compliance policy recommendations within the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) workflow, with the ability to apply DLP policy insights to your insider risk practice to better identify user behavior and intent. Customers will now be directed to configure a relevant policy in Communication Compliance at the end of the DLP policy configuration flow. Roadmap ID: 85651
  • 🆕 Microsoft 365 compliance center: Communication Compliance – Review activity summary – This new Communication Compliance report provides a comprehensive summary of all activities and actions that have occurred against a policy, such as date sent, date flagged, reviewed by, message reconciliation, etc. By providing visibility into policy review activity, organizations will be able to easily fulfill regulatory compliance obligations and can better track the status and progress for unresolved policy violations.   • 🆕 Microsoft 365 compliance center: Communication Compliance – Additional classifier language support – To expand the ability to detect policy violations in communications beyond English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, and Chinese, Communication Compliance built-in classifiers (threat, harassment, and profanity) now support these additional four languages: Arabic, Dutch, Korean, and Chinese Traditional.   • 🆕 Microsoft 365 compliance center: Communication Compliance discrimination classifier – Currently available in public preview, the Discrimination classifier aims to detect and triage explicit discriminatory language. Roadmap ID: 85654
  • 🆕 Microsoft 365 compliance center: Communication Compliance cross-tenant classifier feedback – Currently available in public preview, cross-tenant feedback enables customers to provide feedback on messages that were misclassified (such as false positives) by a Communication Compliance policy leveraging any of the classifiers.   • 🆕 Microsoft 365 compliance center: Records Management – Disable unlocking of records – Records Management admins can disable the ability for users to unlock a record tenant wide. Currently, items marked as a record in SharePoint can be “unlocked” for editing by end users. Roadmap ID: 85663
  • 🆕 Microsoft Information Protection: Configure Teams DLP policies to automatically protect files shared in Teams messages – New and existing Teams DLP policies can be configured to automatically protect files shared in Teams private chats and channel messages. Roadmap ID: 85667
  • Microsoft Compliance center: Insider Risk Management: General Security Policy Violations – Detects general security violations by users. Includes activity generated by Microsoft Defender for Endpoint alerts, which detect possible security violations performed on devices onboarded to your organization. Roadmap ID: 83961
  • Microsoft Compliance center: Insider Risk Management: Security policy violations by priority users – Detects security violations by users included in a priority user group.   • 🆕 Microsoft Defender for Identity: New Detection – BronzeBit – An alert will be triggered when there is evidence of suspicious Kerberos delegation attempts using the BronzeBit method, where a user has attempted to use a ticket to delegate access to a particular resource. Roadmap ID: 85656
