The highlighted language button will be the language the interpreter is translating into and attendees hear from. • Microsoft Teams: Custom background for Teams Rooms on Android – IT admins can upload custom background images on the Teams admin center to reinforce their company brand on their Teams Rooms devices. The main room display, extended room display, and touch console can each have its own specific background image. PNG, JPG, and JPEG, formats are supported. This feature is already available in worldwide multitenant and will now be available for customers in GCC. Blend your physical and digital spaces, enabling you to revamp what’s seen of your physical meeting space for each call. You can now use multiple native Bluetooth devices and be confident that call controls will function correctly with all of them. •  Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Insider Risk Management – New email scoring capabilities – Insider risk management (IRM) email scoring logic is being updated. With current logic, a single email to multiple recipients is counted multiple times, creating noise by increasing the risk score. In the new logic, a single email to multiple recipients is counted once, and this new principle is applicable to the email containing multiple unallowed domains or priority content. Once this is rolled out, all the email insights in alerts will display the new count and score.    Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management correlates various signals to identify potential malicious or inadvertent insider risks, such as IP theft, data leakage, and security violations. Insider Risk Management enables customers to create policies based on their own internal policies, governance, and organizational requirements. Built with privacy by design, users are pseudonymized by default, and role-based access controls and audit logs are in place to help ensure user-level privacy. • Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Communication Compliance – Detect workplace safety concerns in user-reported Teams messages – Communication Compliance introduces the ability to identify and flag potential workplace safety concerns in user-reported Teams messages. Investigators now have an extra indication to decide what risk exists in user-reported messages and can configure an Inappropriate Content policy to proactively identify similar inappropriate content moving forward.  Microsoft Purview Communication Compliance provides the tools to help organizations detect regulatory compliance violations (e.g. SEC or FINRA), such as sensitive or confidential information, harassing or threatening language, and sharing of adult content.
