  • SharePoint: In-product feedback button – We are introducing an in-product feedback button to SharePoint, coherent with the rest of the M365 suite. IT admins can discover bookable desks in shared spaces in the Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Management portal and collect utilization data from these desks for proactive management and planning.           • Microsoft Teams: Multi-panel check-in on Teams panels – If a conference room has multiple panels deployed, admins can now enable check-in and room release for this room.           • Microsoft Teams: Intelligent call recap (Premium) – The Calls app in Teams will soon have AI-generated notes and action items from your calls, so you can pay attention to your conversations and save time coordinating next steps. Intelligent call recap will work for both VoIP and PSTN calls, and summaries will be generated from calls for which transcription was enabled.           • Microsoft Teams: Copilot for Sales plugin for Copilot in Teams meetings – Admins can enable the Copilot for Sales plugin in the plugin menu. All plugins are toggled ‘off’ by default, and users can toggle it ‘on’ from the plugin menu. When Copilot for Sales plugin is set to ‘on,’ Copilot in Teams meetings will be able to access Sales and Dynamics 365 data to return insights for a summary of the sales opportunity for the meeting based on the transcript, as well as retrieve brand information for the account from Dynamics 365 if the account name was mentioned.           • Microsoft Teams: Redirect incoming call directly to voicemail from incoming call notification – Allows users to easily redirect an incoming call to voicemail without having to accept or reject the call when receiving calls on a Teams certified phone device.           • Microsoft Teams: App suggestions by task in In-context Stores – Users think about which tasks they need to complete such as creating a survey inside Teams. Now, app suggestions will be organized by tasks the apps support as opposed to conventional categories (productivity, project management). As a result, the new categorization will reduce the amount of time users need to spend learning about these apps – helping them to work more effectively.           • Microsoft Teams: 4K local HDMI content sharing quality for Teams Rooms on Android – Users can see HDMI content in 4K quality on Teams Rooms on Android devices that support 4K HDMI input, when they share content without joining a Teams meeting.           • Microsoft Teams: Join meetings with a QR code on Teams Rooms on Android using Teams mobile – Users can quickly join a meeting from a Teams Room even without forwarding the invite to the room calendar by scanning a QR code using their mobile device camera. The user will then enter the Teams mobile companion mode experience on their mobile. The QR code is found on the Teams Room home screen and can also be scanned to start an ad-hoc meeting or cast content from their mobile to the Teams Room display. If the user does not have the Teams mobile app, they will be directed to download it after scanning the QR code. IT admins can control the QR code feature in the device settings and the Teams admin center. The feature supports cross-tenant meetings when the organization and user policies allow it.           • Microsoft Teams: Home screen refresh for Teams Rooms on Android – The Teams Rooms on Android home screen matches the look and feel of Teams Rooms on Windows, enabling users to engage with a consistent Teams Rooms interface. The touch console features six action buttons and shows the room calendar on the right side of the home screen.             • Microsoft Teams: Speaker recognition and attribution for all Teams Rooms on Windows – Intelligent speaker recognition is being enabled for all Teams Rooms on Windows environments, with intelligent speakers or on existing speakers via the cloud. This feature identifies and attributes people in live transcripts, utilizing a unique “voiceprint” for each participant. Copilot in Teams can deliver meeting summaries, insights, and action items attributing contributions to individual speakers.  Users can enroll voices in the Teams Desktop.             • 🆕 Microsoft Teams: New setting enables meeting participants to move between breakout rooms – Now, meeting organizers can make the list of breakout rooms visible to all meeting participants and allow them to choose which room to join. Enabling this setting in breakout rooms allows participants to move freely from one room to another, simplifying breakout room coordination for meeting organizers and participants.             • 🆕 Microsoft Teams: Latest meeting experiences with performance improvements on web for Chrome (for anonymous join only) – The latest Teams meetings experience with performance improvements will be available for anonymous users who join Teams meetings on web in Chrome browser.             • 🆕 Microsoft Teams: EDU tenant type selection in policy wizard – Admins can now select tenant type for their institution from the policy wizard.             • 🆕 Microsoft Teams: Bidirectional support for Teams Live Interpretation – With bidirectional support in Teams Live Interpretation, interpreters can now switch the direction they want to provide translation in between the two languages by clicking on the button of the language they want to interpret into at the bottom of the screen. The highlighted language button will be the language the interpreter is translating into and attendees hear from.             • Microsoft Teams: SharePoint Embed Support for Teams town hall – Users can now embed Teams town halls in the SharePoint sites they manage.                         • Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Audit – New Exchange and SharePoint Logs for Microsoft Purview Audit Standard Users – Microsoft Purview is expanding access to wider cloud security activity events for Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint. As part of the changes, standard users of Purview Audit will begin to generate four new Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint events that were previously generated only for Audit Premium licensed users: MailItemsAccessed, Send, SearchQueryInitiatedExchange, and SearchQueryInitiatedSharepoint.                         • Exchange: Microsoft Defender for Office 365 – Quarantine End User Allow and Block list management – We are Updating the experience for end user allow and block list management of their emails. With one click, end users will block emails from unwanted senders and prevent those emails from showing up in their default quarantine view anymore as well as in their Quarantine notifications. End users will also be able to allow emails from trusted senders and prevent future emails from those senders from landing in quarantine given there are no Admin overrides in place.                         • Microsoft Purview compliance portal: eDiscovery – eDiscovery Graph API for purge enhancements to include Exchange items and expand purge limit from 10 to 100 – Now eDiscovery admins using the eDiscovery Graph APIs for purge to remove misplaced emails and or Teams messages from their storage locations can use the eDiscovery Graph API for both Exchange email items and Teams messages. In addition, the prior limit of 10 items per storage location will be expanded to 100 items per storage location.                         • Microsoft Defender for Office 365: Enhanced multiple action experience from Threat explorer – SecOps can take multiple actions such as purging emails, submissions, and Tenant-level block actions through a single wizard on the bulk of messages.                         • Microsoft Defender for Office 365: 45 days after last used for Allow – Admins can configure allows to be removed after 45 days from the last used date.                         • Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Insider Risk Management | Adaptive Protection – HR resignation date as a condition for risk level – Admins can now select the HR resignation date as a condition to assign a minor, moderate, or elevated risk level. For example, an admin can configure the minor risk level to be assigned when an HR resignation date is sent via the HR connector. Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management correlates various signals to identify potential malicious or inadvertent insider risks, such as IP theft, data leakage, and security violations.                           • Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Insider Risk Management – Adaptive Protection and Conditional Access – Organizations can use insider risk levels in their Conditional Access policies.  This includes minor experience changes in the Adaptive Protection tab in Insider Risk Management, including adding total counts for Conditional Access policies that use Adaptive Protection and new user insights in the user activity timeline when a user is added or removed from an insider risk level. Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management correlates various signals to identify potential malicious or inadvertent insider risks, such as IP theft, data leakage, and security violations. Microsoft Purview Communication Compliance provides the tools to help organizations detect regulatory compliance violations (e.g. SEC or FINRA), such as sensitive or confidential information, harassing or threatening language, and sharing of adult content. Built with privacy by design, usernames are pseudonymized by default, role-based access controls are built in, investigators are opted in by an admin, and audit logs are in place to help ensure user-level privacy.                                   • Microsoft Defender for Office 365: Auto-Remediation of Malicious Entity Clusters Identified in Automated Investigation and Response (AIR) – The feature will expand upon the automated investigation and response (AIR) by enabling AIR to automatically remediate malicious entity clusters. AIR currently recommends actions for SecOps to approve or decline and this enhancement will allow customers to enable auto-remediation to allow AIR to act on recommendations and soft delete messages included in a malicious URL or malicious file cluster.
