• Microsoft Viva: Notifications in Teams activity feed in Viva Goals – User can now receive notifications in the Teams activity feed for Viva Goals check-in reminders, likes and mentions in comments, and nudges to check-in. • Microsoft Viva: Microsoft Project data Integration in Viva Goals – Connect Viva Goals OKRs with MS Project. As Project tasks and milestones are completed, the connected OKRs and projects will reflect the latest status. • Microsoft Stream: Playlists in the SharePoint List webpart – This feature will allow you to display playlists on SharePoint pages using the List webpart. • 🆕 SharePoint: Updated site creation experience – With this update, you will choose a site template based on your scenario to get started creating your site. When choosing a template you can see its capabilities, and even see a preview. • 🆕 OneDrive: Colored Folders – You’ve asked for ways to personalize and customize your OneDrive and we’re delivering. Soon you’ll have the option to create colored folders or change the color of existing folders on OneDrive for Web. Colored folders give you at-a-glance signals to help you locate your content while adding a touch of personality to your OneDrive. • SharePoint: New site theme options – We are adding two new SharePoint themes to our Change the Look menu. The addition of Black and Cerulean will enhance your site customization options for how you want your sites to look. • 🆕 Microsoft Viva: Amplify Author Publications & Distribute to Multiple Destinations – Viva Amplify enables you to author a publication once, and then choose different destinations such as Outlook, SharePoint and Teams to make it available. Viva Amplify will automatically format your content for different destinations and you can choose to customize the content or layout. • 🆕 Microsoft Viva: Amplify Reporting & Analytics – Measure how effective your campaign and its associated publications are with reports.
