- Microsoft Stream: Organize & share video and audio files with a playlist template from Microsoft Lists – This feature will allow users to organize their video and audio files into a playlist for easy organization, sharing and playback. Users can add any video and audio files to a playlist that they have edit access to. People with access to the playlist and to the files in the playlist can view the videos in order or skip back and forth between items in the playlist. - 🆕 Microsoft Viva: Alignment view – Viva Goals announces the release of the alignment view, designed to help users visualize how their work contributes to top-level organizational goals more efficiently than ever before. With this revamped experience, users can quickly gain a bird’s eye view of their objectives and expand or collapse them to different levels from the chart. This feature will provide users with a more comprehensive understanding of their progress towards team goals, helping them to stay aligned with the teams’ objectives. - 🆕 Microsoft Viva: Enhanced Controls for OKR and Initiatives Status – Viva Goals offers enhanced status control for OKRs and initiatives. Previously, when setting up an OKR or initiative, progress and status were combined into a single field. With this change, customers can now change status independently of progress, offering greater control and flexibility. - Microsoft 365 apps: Microsoft 365 Apps and Services update to AES256-CBC for encrypting emails and files with Purview Information Protection – Microsoft 365 Apps, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online will begin to use AES256 in cipher block chaining (CBC) mode by default when emails and documents are encrypted with Microsoft Purview Information Protection. - Microsoft Viva: Topics engagement analytics in Topic center – Usage and engagement analytics showing Topics adoption and value will be available to knowledge managers in a new analytics tab in Topic center.
