  • Microsoft Information Protection: Microsoft Purview | New Credential SITs – The addition of new Credential Sensitive Information Types (SITs) will allow your company to detect individual credential patterns (access keys, tokens, general passwords, etc.). Additionally, we will be offering a SIT which bundles all individual credential types for more holistic detection. Roadmap ID:88941
  • Microsoft 365 compliance center: Microsoft Purview | Audit (Standard and Premium) – New search – This is a new search for Audit (Standard) and Audit (Premium). This new search offers increased reliability and efficiency for search jobs. It also allows for search jobs to be completed in the background and saved for later reference. Roadmap ID:93236
  • Microsoft Defender for Office 365: Updates to the common attachment filter in the anti-malware policy in government clouds – We are enhancing the common attachments filter (Anti-malware policy) to expand list of available file types and also manage custom file types in the portal.  Roadmap ID:93431
  • Microsoft Defender for Office 365: Anti-malware policy notifications in government clouds – The anti-malware policy can be configured with recipient and sender notifications when a message is quarantined. We are redesigning this notifications option and delivery. Roadmap ID:93433
  • Microsoft Purview | Information Protection Maintain label and protection when creating PDF files from Office apps (U.S. government clouds) – Labels and protection applied on Office documents will be persisted to the output file when converting to PDF in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint on PC. Roadmap ID:98194

  • Microsoft Defender for Office 365: Limitless Tenant Allow/Block List – Today, customers can only create 500 block and 500 allow entries in sender, URL and file category in Tenant allow/block list. Going ahead, customers with MDO P2 or E5 security can create any number of allows and blocks in Tenant allow/block list for sender, URL and file category. Spoof in Tenant allow/block list will remain unaffected by this change and all SKUs will have 1024 entries for both allows and blocks. Roadmap ID: 98185

  • Microsoft 365 compliance center: Microsoft Purview | Data purge capabilities for Microsoft Teams content (US Government clouds) – Extend data purge functionality to Microsoft Teams content to facilitate purge of sensitive or misplaced data. To track feature availability in other U.S. Government clouds, roadmap item 93368 added to the public roadmap. Roadmap ID: 88975

  • 🆕 Microsoft Purview | eDiscovery (Premium): Jobs report – eDiscovery administrators can access an aggregate report for all eDiscovery jobs across the tenant. This provides additional detail on the total number of jobs to ensure limits are not exceeded. Roadmap ID: 101518

  • Microsoft Information Protection: Advanced Message Encryption – Office 365 Message Encryption portal access logs (U.S. Government clouds)  – This feature will enable logging of external user activities accessing the Office 365 Message Encryption Portal to retrieve encrypted mail. The logs can be retrieved using the Audit Logs functionality in the Microsoft Purview compliance portal. Roadmap ID: 93372
