  • Microsoft 365 compliance center: Microsoft Purview | eDiscovery (Premium) – Collections and processing enhancement (US Government clouds) – Enhancements to the eDiscovery (Premium) Collections and Processing experience with three core updates, including updates to embedded items handling, a new collection setting to include partially indexed items, and additional document metadata for SharePoint content. Roadmap ID:88923
  • Microsoft 365 compliance center: Microsoft Purview | eDiscovery (Premium) – Case limit enhancements (US Government clouds) – eDiscovery (Premium) is expanding the limits for collection size, review set volume, and export. The limits expansion increases the collection size from 300GB currently to 1TB and expands the review set capacity as well to accommodate large case volumes. Export limits will be increased to 5M documents or 500GB, whichever is smaller. This update will help ensure organizations are able to manage their eDiscovery process across very large data sets effectively with eDiscovery (Premium).Roadmap ID:85631
  • Microsoft 365 compliance center: Microsoft Purview | eDiscovery (Premium) – Collection of Teams conversation as transcript (US Government clouds) – eDiscovery managers will soon have the flexibility to collect Teams messages as transcript items. Transcripts will aggregate and thread messages in the same Teams conversations into a single HTML file that is available for review and export.   • Microsoft 365 compliance center: Microsoft Purview | Insider Risk Management – User activity reports – Privacy-enabled security and compliance user activity reports allow Insider Risk Management admins with the appropriate permissions to examine risky user actions that may lead to a potential data security incident, such as an employee attempting to download confidential files to a personal device, for specific users across a defined time period without having to assign them to an Insider Risk Management policy. This classifier can help customers manage regulatory compliance obligations such as NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection standards or state by state regulations like Chapter 9.05 RCW in Washington state.   • Microsoft 365 Compliance center: Microsoft Purview | Communication Compliance Gifts and entertainment classifier – Detects messages that may suggest exchanging gifts or entertainment in return for service, which violates regulations related to bribery.
