  • Microsoft Teams: Multi-Window support for Teams for VDI for Citrix – Users on virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI)Ā  will be able to view meetings and calls in separate windows from the main Microsoft Teams client. Additionally, meeting and call controls such as mute, video, chat, leave and others will now be located at the top of the meeting window so that they are always available and never block the underlying content.   • Microsoft Teams: Policy operations details in enhanced activity log – Admins can see group policy assignments in activity log along with other policy operations. Activity log has now enhanced details regarding a policy operation to give admins more visibility. Roadmap ID:90712
  • Microsoft Teams: Teams device store in Teams admin center – Teams device store provides direct procurement through Teams admin center, where admins can discover, purchase and provision Teams certified devices. The functionality will be available in US and Canada. This will be extended to more customers in the future. Roadmap ID:91090
  • Microsoft Teams: Mirror my video – Mirror my video feature provides the user the option to un-mirror their video and thereby have the same view as the other users(s) in the meeting. By un-mirroring their video, the user will see the text correctly. No more flipped text in backgrounds or while holding a small whiteboard while teaching primary school kids. This feature is helpful in gallery, large gallery, ppt-content only sharing, and ppt-live scenarios. Roadmap ID:89015

  • Microsoft Teams: Manage meeting options for DoD – Organizers will now be able to modify the user experience, or customize the safety and security settings for their meetings using the new ā€œMeeting Optionsā€ feature. Roadmap ID:72169
  • Microsoft Teams: Co-organizer Meeting Role – Organizers will now be able to share control by assigning the new “Co-organizer” role to people they invite. Co-organizers will have almost all of the capabilities of the organizer, including management of Meeting Options. Roadmap ID:81391
  • Microsoft Teams: Live Captions in all available languages on Teams Meetings on Web – Live Captions in all available languages are now available for web users of Teams Meetings. Roadmap ID:84001
  • Microsoft Teams: Live Transcript in all available languages in Teams Meetings on Web – Live Transcript is now available in all available languages for web users of Teams Meetings. Roadmap ID:84003
  • Microsoft Teams: Integrated CART captioning in meetings on Web – Users will now be able to view captions coming from a CART provider (real-time captioning) within the Microsoft Teams meeting on Chrome and Edge. Meeting organizers and participants will be able to ask their captioning providers to stream captions to Microsoft Teams. Roadmap ID:84906
  • Microsoft Teams: E-sign approvals fully embedded within Team Approvals for a streamlined experience – Users can now seamlessly create and review e-signature approval requests directly in Teams removing the need to access the e-sign provider website. Roadmap ID:92941
  • Microsoft Teams: Modern meeting experience on the web – The modern meeting and calling experience will be available for Teams on the web in Chrome and Edge browsers – including improved pre-join, dynamic view, and the updated control bar.Ā  Roadmap ID:92928
  • Microsoft Teams: Attendee restriction to remove another attendee from chat for government clouds – Attendee removal from chat is now restricted to organizers. Roadmap ID:92937
  • Microsoft Teams: E-signature approvals creation on mobile – Users will now be able to create e-signature approvals on any mobile device. Roadmap ID:92940
  • Microsoft Teams: Moodle Learning Management System integration – In addition to integration with Canvas and Blackboard, Microsoft has now partnered with Moodle Learning Management System to deliver seamless integrated learning experiences. Microsoft Teams Meeting LTI and Classes LTI apps are now available within Moodle.Ā Roadmap ID:95675
  • Microsoft Teams: Mandatory Comments for Approvals App in Teams – Teams Admins and Approval Template creators can enable mandatory comments for when an approver responds to a request. Roadmap ID:92911

  • Microsoft Teams: App Based Link Unfurling supported in ā€˜Share to Microsoft Teams’ – ‘App Based Link Unfurling’ will work exactly in ‘Share to Teams’ as it works today in normal Teams messaging.Ā Ā  Roadmap ID:91118

  • Microsoft Teams: Delete Call History – This feature will allow call history users to hide call history records from their call history view.Ā  Roadmap ID:94200
  • Microsoft Teams: Bulk removal for individual policy assignments – Admins can cleanup individual policy assignments from users in bulk, so that those users can inherit the correct policy either via a group policy assignment or global org-wide default. Roadmap ID:90705
  • Microsoft Teams: Call control with bluetooth headsets and speakerphonesĀ  –Ā  Use device buttons to control call (answer, end, hold) from Bluetooth audio devices without needing a USB dongle when connected to a Windows PC running Teams desktop client.Ā For many headsets and speakerphones, this will work without requiring any user action to enable other than pairing the headset or speakerphone with the PC.   • Microsoft Teams: Enhancement to app usage report –Ā support for Line of Business apps – An updated version of Teams app usage report with support for Live of business apps in alignment with Teams app usage in M365 admin center.   • Microsoft Teams: Cameo in PowerPoint LiveĀ  – Cameo is a new PowerPoint experience that seamlessly integrates your Teams camera feed into your presentation, letting you customize how and where you want to appear on your slides and offering layout recommendations for optimal viewing.
