Teams Admins will be able to modify the default meeting recording expiration time via a setting in the Teams Admin Portal or by modifying policy attributes using PowerShell scripts. Newly created meeting recordings in OneDrive and SharePoint will be automatically deleted after this point unless the meeting owner extends the expiration.  Meeting owners will be notified about expired recordings and may extend the expiration date in OneDrive/SharePoint. For Standard channels – The corresponding folder in SharePoint will be renamed. For Private channels – The corresponding site name and the folder in SharePoint will be renamed. For legacy Teams channels that were renamed prior to this rollout, there will be no change in experience. This ensures the call is properly identified by the recipient and that the call back number is the call queue number rather than the agent’s personal line. Roadmap ID:86992
  • Microsoft Teams: Frictionless app re-install for users – Users will now be able to find the apps they use regularly more prominently via app flyouts, and just @mention their favorite bot to start using it seamlessly in a new chat/team.
