  • Microsoft Viva: Topics in Teams – Add topics to chat messages and display topic cards in Microsoft Teams. Roadmap ID:72189
  • Microsoft Viva: Pin external links to Topics – Users will be able to add external links to the “pinned files and pages” section of the topic pages instead of only Microsoft resources. These external links will be viewable and clickable from topic pages, cards, and answers. Roadmap ID:93204
  • SharePoint: Multilingual User Interface Streamlining – The SharePoint multilingual feature is expanding to include team sites. This new release includes other improvements to the navigation and site title editing experience for users whose preferred language differs from the sites default language. Roadmap ID:93332
  • Microsoft Stream: Add chapters to help viewers find the right part of a video – Users with edit access to a video uploaded to SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Yammer can now add chapters to help viewers identify information in the video. For each chapter you can specify a point in time in the video and title of that chapter which will show up in the table of contents side pane for the video as well as on the video timeline. Roadmap ID: 88525

  • 🆕 SharePoint: Inline playback of videos in Hero web part – When users click to play a video in the Hero web part section of a SharePoint site, the video will play inline. This feature allows users to watch a video without being taken off the SharePoint page and allows users to browse or scroll through the other contents of the page while the video plays.   • Microsoft Viva: Automatic topic relationships – AI suggests relationships between topics, and the topic page and card reflects these connections in the knowledge graph (first degree). Roadmap ID:88695

  • 🆕 SharePoint: Improvements to SharePoint pages authoring – Column reflow and RSS connector web part – Few changes to our reflow automation for two-column sections, control of vertical section reflow, and the RSS Connector web part will give more control to the users around the number of publications shown at a time and the number of articles shown per publication.   • Microsoft Compliance center: Information Governance: Optimized behavior of deleted files with multiple versions in SharePoint – SharePoint Online items with multiple versions and a retention label now move to the Preservation Hold Library as a single file containing all versions when deleted. Roadmap ID:82062
  • Microsoft Viva: Display connected topics on people profile cards – Profile cards displayed through Outlook will display Topics associated to an individual. Roadmap ID: 88697
  • SharePoint: Easily create Power Automate flows from built-in list templates – Lists ready-made templates are getting a boost. You can install Power Automate flows whenever you create a list from select list templates. The following templates will have reminder flows available to use as you create your list: Work progress tracker, Content scheduler, and Recruitment tracker.  Roadmap ID:88906

  • Microsoft Viva: Resolve topic name similarities – Allows users to select a topic among several when they share similar or matching names (disambiguation). Roadmap ID: 72183
