  • SharePoint: Organization Chart Webpart – This webpart allows page authors to generate an organization chart based off of an individual. The page author will have the option to determine how many levels up this org chart goes. Roadmap ID: 67131
  • SharePoint: Page Authoring First Run Experience – The page authoring First Run experience is an interactive tutorial that walks users through the editing process the first time that they create a page or news post. Roadmap ID: 70667
  • SharePoint: Web Part Toolbox Updates – We are rolling out several changes to the web part toolbox; featured web parts will be replaced with a users most frequently used web parts, the categories from the large toolbox will also appear in the small toolbox, and the size of the small toolbox has increased. Roadmap ID: 70668
  • SharePoint: Page details updates – This update to the page details panel will allow page authors to delete a page and change the page’s URL. Roadmap ID: 81994

🚂 ROLLING OUT

  • Microsoft Stream: Updated Web player for video & audio files across Microsoft 365 – The web player for audio and video files that are stored in OneDrive and SharePoint (including when those files are embedded in Teams, Yammer, and SharePoint), is updated with a new user look and feel, and adheres to greater levels of accessibility for keyboard navigation and screen readers. Roadmap ID: 82039

  • SharePoint: Show and remove active filters in Microsoft Lists – As you apply and adjust filters to narrow or expand what appears in the current view, you’ll now see which filters have been applied and you can remove them without going back into the column filter pane – you will now do this at the top-left portion of the list. Roadmap ID: 82069

  • 🆕 Microsoft Viva: Draft support in Topic Pages – With this feature, topic editors and curators can save a page edit as a draft which is a feature parity to SharePoint page authoring. Roadmap ID: 85593
  • 🆕 Microsoft Stream: Updated Web player for video & audio files in SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, and OneDrive for Government Clouds – The web player for audio and video files that are stored in OneDrive and SharePoint (including when those files are embedded in Teams, Yammer, and SharePoint), is updated with a new user look and feel, and adheres to greater levels of accessibility for keyboard navigation and screen readers.   • SharePoint: Navigation Switcher – With the new Nav Switcher feature, users can easily customize their team site by changing navigation’s orientation and visibility to achieve different look and feel, layouts, and alignment styles. Roadmap ID: 85568
  • Azure Active Directory, OneDrive, and SharePoint for Business: Azure B2B integration with OneDrive and SharePoint is now generally available – The Azure B2B Integration with OneDrive and SharePoint is now generally available. This integration is currently disabled by default but can be enabled using the SharePoint Online Management Shell. Roadmap ID: 81955
