  • Microsoft Teams: Operator Connect Conferencing – Operator Connect Conferencing allows you to add telecom operator dial-in numbers to a Microsoft Audio Conferencing bridge. Roadmap ID: 70760
  • Microsoft Teams: New assignment experience in modal window for Breakout Rooms for DoD – Enhanced UX for participant assignment. This includes new capabilities such as sorting participants and rooms and performing multiple selections and assignments to rooms. Roadmap ID: 85324
  • Microsoft Teams: Content from camera – “Content from camera” in Teams enables you to share content from physical artefacts such as whiteboards and documents in a high quality and legible way during meetings. All you need is a laptop or PC with an in-built camera or with an attached USB camera. Educators can also share content directly from a document camera. Roadmap ID: 86062
  • Microsoft Teams: Live Captions for Teams Live Events in GCC-H and DoD – Teams Live Events held in GCC-H and DoD government clouds will have Live Captions available. Roadmap ID: 84486

  • Microsoft Teams: Teams device management for Surface Hubs – Administrations will be able to setup, manage, and monitor their Surface Hubs through the Teams admin center.  Roadmap ID:84536
  • Microsoft Teams: Up to 25K members per team in GCCH – You can now add up to 25,000 members per team in GCCH. Roadmap ID: 85339
  • Microsoft Teams: Cortana now available for EDU customers in international markets – Cortana voice assistance in the Teams mobile app and Microsoft Teams display is now available for EDU customers in international markets to help you streamline communication, collaboration, and class-related tasks in school using spoken natural language. The initial release will be to UK, India, Canada, and Australia. This is in addition to the prior release to EDU customers in the US. Roadmap ID: 85395
  • Microsoft Teams: Sign out from Teams Admin Center on Teams displays  – Tenant admins can remotely provision, sign-in and sign-out of a Teams device that has previously not been provisioned from the Teams Admin Center.  Roadmap ID: 88480

  • Microsoft Teams: New guest user usability improvements enabling pending invitation decline and show/hide guest tenant list from Teams app account setting – A guest user can now leave an org from Teams app account settings. A guest user can also choose to hide/show guest tenants from the Teams account settings. Feature ID:88430
  • Microsoft Teams: Configure your activity feed notifications – Users will be able to control the type of notifications that appear in their activity feed. Right click on the feed item, and you will be able to turn on or off all reactions or stop specific app notifications from surfacing in the activity feed.  Feature ID:88400
  • Microsoft Teams: Isolated audio feed capabilities – When using NDI or hardware-out in Microsoft Teams, users will be able to get the isolated audio feed along with the isolated video feed from any Teams meeting.  Feature ID:86757

  • Microsoft Teams: Breakout Room Presenter support for GCC-High – Extend the management of Breakout Rooms to specific presenters. Feature ID:85325
  • Microsoft Teams: Teams webinar capabilities for GCC – Schedule and deliver 1,000 person webinars with the same Teams app you use for meetings! Webinar capabilities support registration page creation, email confirmation for registrants, host management for attendee video and audio, attendance report, plus interactive features like polls, chat and reactions.   • Microsoft Teams: Video Streams Out via AJA or Blackmagic Design Hardware – Isolated video streams can be sent out of Teams meetings via AJA and Blackmagic Design hardware devices. Feature ID:82812
  • SharePoint and Microsoft Teams: Rich previews for pages and news articles – When users paste links to SharePoint news posts and modern pages in Teams chat/channels, those links will convert into rich cards displaying the page title, image, author and published date. Feature ID:70808
  • Microsoft Teams: View switcher – The new view switcher in the top bar of a Teams meeting allows participants to control how they prefer to see the meeting content. Choose between Together mode, Focus, Gallery at top, and Full screen. Feature ID:70754
  • Microsoft Teams and Forms: Word Cloud for Polls in Teams – When users have collected responses for an open text poll in a Teams meeting, word cloud data insight will be available to help them get a quick view on the top text phrases people answered. Feature ID:79497
  • Outlook for Windows:  Every meeting online for GCC-High and DoD – Update your settings to make every meeting you create a Teams Meeting by default so you no longer need to remember to click the Teams Meeting option.  Feature ID:80365

  • 🆕 Microsoft Teams: Microsoft Teams for Education Career Coach – Connection messages – Students can now select a message to include with their LinkedIn connection invitation to school alumni. Feature ID:87996
  • 🆕 Microsoft Teams: Local time added to people profile – You can easily find out the local time of the people you collaborate with by checking their profile card.  Feature ID:54254
  • Microsoft Teams: Share specific parts of the App to meeting stage – We have introduced new API’s within the Teams Client SDK that will provide developers the ability to share specific content within their app to the meeting stage from the app side panel experience. Feature ID:87799
  • Teams: Breakout Room Presenter support for DoD – Extend the management of Breakout Rooms to specific presenters. Feature ID:85326
  • Microsoft Teams: Music Mode for Teams – In music mode, we support up to 32 kHz sampling rate mono audio at 128 kbps, and optimize our internal audio processing settings for reproducing music with high fidelity. Teams will automatically adjust the audio bitrate based on the available bandwidth, going down to 48 kbps while still delivering good music quality. Feature ID:83520
  • Microsoft Teams: RTMP Streaming Support – Enables support for your users to stream their Teams meetings to large audiences through Real Time Messaging Protocol (RTMP), including endpoints outside your organization. Feature ID:83562

  • Microsoft Teams: New Fluent Emoji style coming to Teams emojis and reactions – Teams is joining M365 and Windows in updating all emojis and reactions to the new Microsoft Fluent emoji style, bringing users a more vibrant and expressive emoji experience.  Feature ID:88277
  • Microsoft Teams: New Lobby Setting: Only Invited Users join directly for GCC – A new lobby setting is coming to Teams Meeting Options. We are adding “People I Invite” as an option to the “Who can bypass lobby?” setting. Once enabled, only the participants invited by the organizer in meeting invite will be able to join the meeting directly. Everyone else will be sent to the lobby. Feature ID:86069

  • 🆕 Microsoft Teams: Expanded Reactions – Expanded reactions allows users to apply any emoji as a reaction to chat messages! Pick from 800 plus Teams emojis to react the way you want. Feature ID:88080

  • Microsoft Teams: Paging on Video Gallery – When you are in Gallery view and there are more than 9 videos, navigation controls  will appear below the Gallery. You can use these controls to view more video participants. Feature ID:86480
  • Microsoft Teams: Paging on Video Gallery for Web – When you are in gallery view, and there are more videos than what can be shown at once on the meeting stage (the maximum number can vary depending on your device configuration and internet bandwidth), navigation controls and will appear below the Video Gallery to see additional videos of the attendees.
