  • OneDrive: Sync admin reports – aggregated errors view – Adds ability to view an aggregated summary view of the top sync errors happening in the organization. Roadmap ID: 85596

  • OneDrive: Sharing experience  –  Copy link – Instead of a Copy link button, you’ll see a footer where you can set permissions for the link and then copy it to share it with recipients. Feature ID:8372

  • 🆕 OneDrive: Sharing experience – Copy Link in command bar – We are updating the copy link command to give customers the ability to change their link type and permissions prior to generating a new link and pasting it into the app of their choice. Roadmap ID: 88866

Release – February 2022

  • Microsoft Stream: Comment on a video or audio file in SharePoint and OneDrive – This feature builds on top of the already existing comments found in OneDrive and SharePoint Online but presents these comments with a new Office look and feel within the player. This feature allows users with view permissions to leave a comment and users with edit permissions to @ mention, which are both default changes in behaviour in terms of permissions for video and audio files.  Roadmap ID: 88521

  • OneDrive: Sync admin reports macOS support – New dashboard to check sync app versions, sync status, top sync errors on individual macOS devices and monitor deployment progress of Known Folder Move. Roadmap ID: 81982

Release – December 2022

  • 🆕 OneDrive: Sync admin reports – bulk data export – Support for bulk export of device status, including username, sync app version, known folders, last sync date, and sync errors. Roadmap ID: 88870
