  • Microsoft 365: Microsoft 365 Backup –Microsoft 365 Backup Service is a product offering spanning across the OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online services that provides customers with a consistent, cross product solution, to recover their M365 data from cataclysmic events such as: at scale ransomware attacks, or malicious/accidental data deletion/corruption by end users. This release will be generally available to all regions except countries in Europe, Middle East and Africa; the GA for those countries will be coming at a later date.   • Microsoft Teams: Suggested files in chats – Save time with AI-based file suggestions in chat. As an expansion of suggested replies in chats, Teams uses AI to surface files when it detects in the conversation intent to share a file. Now, users will be able to respond to their chat message and attach a file in one click. Note: The Government clouds release has been delayed. We will add a new roadmap item when appropriate.   • Microsoft Teams: Additional manager-controlled privacy settings in Shifts – We are releasing additional manager-controlled privacy settings in the Shifts app. Frontline managers will be able to set the level of visibility on Time off reason and notes for frontline workers and they can set how far in the past their employees can view data in schedule view, to manage employees’ views of each other’s breaks and notes.   • Microsoft Teams: Excel import enhancements in Shifts app – Frontline managers will gain the ability to import an Excel file into Shifts with time off and open shift entities.   • Microsoft Teams: One Time Passcode (OTP) for simplified setup of Teams Rooms on Windows – This feature introduces a new and simplified way to setup Teams Room on Windows. During the first boot experience, the user will be presented with an option to enter an OTP to  automatically fetch the resource account credentials and sign into Teams Rooms. The users will need a pro license to utilize this feature and provision the OTPs on the Teams Rooms Pro Management Portal.   • Microsoft Teams: New Microsoft Teams store now available in GCCH and DOD –  Users in GCCH and DOD environment can now experience the newly redesigned Teams store including adding apps for personal use, getting intelligent recommendations – like featured apps, popular apps amongst your colleagues, etc., receiving editorial articles that address common scenarios from apps to get started in Teams to those best for educators, searching apps faster and easier with updated app categories.   • Microsoft Teams: Walkie Talkie Support for Multiple Channels – Walkie Talkie, a push-to-talk experience that enables clear and secure voice communication over the cloud, enables teams to communicate instantly on a channel. Through this new functionality, users can now join up to 5 channels in multi-channel mode, easily switch between these preselected channels to listen to incoming transmission or initiate PTT transmissions.   •  Microsoft Teams: Intelligent Meeting Recap on Teams Mobile (Premium) – Intelligent recap is now available on Teams for iOS and Android, so users can access AI-generated meeting notes, AI-generated tasks, and name mentions, and easily browse the meeting recording by speakers.   • Microsoft Teams: Intelligent Meeting Recap for transcript-only meetings (Premium) – Intelligent recap will support meetings with only transcript enabled, and without recording enabled. In the case when only transcript is enabled for a meeting, the features from intelligent recap that users can access are AI-generated meeting notes, AI-generated tasks, and name mentions.   • Microsoft Teams: Enable second video stream with “Teams Content Camera on Desktop” – Users will be able to enable a second video stream to support both their Personal Video and Teams Content Camera on Desktop feature.  When enabling the Teams Content Camera on Desktop feature, the Personal Video is expected to be maintained so long that the user selects a separate Camera to support the two video streams. This scales Communication Compliance’s reach, consistent with Microsoft 365’s expanding interfaces. In addition, administrators are also able to select Copilot chats as a checked location in the policy creation wizard for any new or existing policies.   • Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Insider Risk Management- Global exclusions – With this update, all exclusion features currently found under intelligent detections will be relocated to a new tab labeled “Global exclusions” within the insider risk settings. All previously added exclusions in intelligent detections will be migrated to this new tab. The functionality of exclusions remains unchanged. Moreover, admins with appropriate permissions can now add exclusion via defined detection groups, which contain similar entities like domains or file types. This new tab is designed to enhance usability and offers a convenient way to access and manage exclusions.
