  • Viva Learning employee learning API: Content sync – Content Sync API, which enables learning content hosted on learning systems to show up across the Viva Learning user experience.   Roadmap ID:91125
  • Microsoft Viva: Employee learning API – learner record sync – Assignments and learner records sync from providers/LMS connected to Viva Learning through the employee learning API. Roadmap ID:100200
  • Microsoft Viva: Configure Viva Learning permissions by provider – Admins can configure permission settings for Viva Learning content by learning provider, ie. hide all content from a certain connected learning provider from certain users. Roadmap ID: 102662
  • Microsoft Viva: learning path creation – Admins can create learning paths from learning objects in Viva Learning. Learning paths are discoverable, consumable, and shareable by employees at the organization. Roadmap ID:98189

  • 🆕 Microsoft Teams: Share contact information of people in Microsoft Teams chat – Users can now share the contact information of someone who is not in a chat to make it easy for others to confidently get to know other collaborators.   • 🆕 Microsoft Teams: Intelligent Recap now available for Copilot users – Copilot users can access intelligent recap after meetings to get a summary of the meeting, including: personalized timeline markers to easily browse the recordings by when you joined or left, when a screen was shared, and when your name was mentioned; browse recordings by speakers, chapters, and topics; as well as access AI-generated meeting notes, tasks, and jump to name mentions in the transcript. Release – February 2024

  • Microsoft Teams: Meeting “Recording & Transcription” tab will be replaced by “Recap” tab – Now, the “Recap” tab for scheduled meetings will include access to the recording and transcript.  For meetings that have a “Recap” tab, the previous “Recording & Transcription” tab will be removed since the “Recap” tab will replace it.   • Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Insider Risk Management – SharePoint site selection enhancement – With this update, Insider Risk Management admins can add any SharePoint sites as priority content or exclude certain SharePoint sites in Insider Risk Management policies by searching the site names or using the exact URLs. Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management correlates various signals to identify potential malicious or inadvertent insider risks, such as IP theft, data leakage, and security violations. Insider Risk Management enables customers to create policies based on their own internal policies, governance, and organizational requirements.
