This will help admins identify and fix quality issues using granular telemetry after the meeting is over for up to 7 days. - 🆕 Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Communication Compliance – Enhanced Policy Conditions – Three updates are coming to enhance policy conditions. First, our updated policy conditions enable the detection of messages sent and received both to and from external email addresses, allowing you to identify specific instances of information being shared with external contacts. Secondly, with the new OR condition capability, you can combine multiple conditions within the same policy, creating custom logic to suit your unique compliance requirements. Lastly, to make policy creation and updates a seamless process, we’ve introduced the ability to test conditions before implementing them. By using sample messages, you can evaluate how your conditions will perform and fine-tune them to align with your compliance goals. - Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Endpoint Data Loss Prevention – Enhanced file type coverage for DLP on Windows endpoints – With this release, the file type coverage to scan, classify and protect sensitive content on windows endpoint devices with Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention policies will increase from current ~40 file types to 100+ file types. This release will make the coverage of file types on endpoint consistent with other locations such as Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive. This will also include other enhancements like detecting label from pfile, detecting sensitive content in metadata, and detecting sensitive content in PDF forms.
