  •  Microsoft Viva: Apply brand colors across all Connections endpoints using SharePoint themes or custom themes. – Viva Connections will offer a new set of theming options to reflect brand colors consistently across desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences.   • 🆕 SharePoint: Clipchamp Premium features – Clipchamp Premium features help users take their content to the next level. With Clipchamp Premium, users can easily apply brand fonts, colors and logos with brand kit, add top-tier assets for commercial use, and export crisp, well-defined visuals as 4K, 30fps, MP4 files and access advanced analytics. Clipchamp Premium features will be available as a standalone SKU, as well as an add-on to the following Microsoft 365 SKUs: Microsoft 365 E3, Microsoft 365 E5, Microsoft 365 Business Standard, and Microsoft 365 Business Premium.   • 🆕 SharePoint: SharePoint Hub Analytics for US Government Clouds – View, Viewer, dwell time and content level analytics aggregated at a SharePoint Hub level.   • 🆕 Microsoft 365: Microsoft 365 Backup – Microsoft 365 Backup Service is a product offering spanning across the OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online services that provides customers with a consistent, cross product solution, to recover their M365 data from cataclysmic events such as: at scale ransomware attacks, or malicious/accidental data deletion/corruption by end users. Microsoft 365 Backup Service is available on a pay-as-you-go basis and can be enabled through the Microsoft 365 admin center.   • Microsoft Viva: Create up to 50 Viva Connections experiences within a tenant – Customers with Viva suite or Viva Communications and Communities license can create up to 50 distinct Connections experiences for their audience groups.   • Microsoft Teams: One Time Passcode (OTP) for simplified setup of Teams Rooms on Windows – This feature introduces a new and simplified way to setup Teams Room on Windows. During the first boot experience, the user will be presented with an option to enter an OTP to  automatically fetch the resource account credentials and sign into Teams Rooms.   • 🆕 Microsoft Teams: Specific People Link support for Collaborative Notes – With the launch of Collaborative notes, we’re also improving the shareable link type that is created by Collaborative notes to help make meetings more effective and secure. The new Collaborative notes component will generate a Specific People Link (PSL) by default. This link type offers more controlled access than Company Specific Link (CSL). This change also aligns with tenants who have their file-sharing policy set as Specific People. Tenants who previously had Collaborative notes disabled due to lack of PSL support can now enable and use the feature.   • Microsoft Teams: Together mode and content share layout improvement – With the new layout, Together mode will be displayed under the shared content. The users will be able to see the participants in Together mode and shared content simultaneously in a completely new way.   • 🆕 Microsoft Teams: In-app Teams devices store experience – With the Teams device store experience inside the Teams app, customers can easily discover and purchase certified Teams devices for personal or shared use cases – headsets, web cameras, desk phones, Teams Rooms, and more. Explore devices in categories, use search or filters to find desired device, and purchase all through the familiar Microsoft Teams interface.   • 🆕 Microsoft Teams: Microsoft Graph API for SMS notifications in Virtual Appointments – Microsoft Graph API for SMS notifications in Virtual Appointments allows developers to programmatically send confirmation, update, reminder and cancellation SMS notifications to customers. The API support for SMS notifications is currently available in the United States and notifications can be sent to US phone numbers.   • Microsoft Teams: Branded Meetings – Join Launcher Screen with Brand Image and Logo Support (Premium) – The Teams Join Launcher web page will now support the brand logo and brand image uploaded for branded meetings.   • 🆕 Microsoft Defender for Office 365: User Submission Automatic Feedback Response – The user submission automatic feedback response enables organizations to automatically respond to end user submissions of phish based on the verdict from the automated investigation. This feature is configurable and allows organizations to dictate in which threat scenarios they would like end users to receive feedback emails. Once enabled, Microsoft Defender for Office 365 (MDO) will automatically respond to end user submissions based on the investigation verdict and the configured settings.   •  Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Insider Risk Management – SharePoint site selection enhancement – With this update, Insider Risk Management admins can add any SharePoint sites as priority content or exclude certain SharePoint sites in Insider Risk Management policies by searching the site names or using the exact URLs. Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management correlates various signals to identify potential malicious or inadvertent insider risks, such as IP theft, data leakage, and security violations. Insider Risk Management enables customers to create policies based on their own internal policies, governance, and organizational requirements.
