  • Microsoft Syntex: Taxonomy tagging – Customers will be able to turn on Taxonomy tagger in SharePoint document libraries on a pay-as-you-go basis. With Taxonomy tagger turned on, you can automatically tag documents that reside on SharePoint libraries with terms configured in the Taxonomy store using AI. Note: This feature will not be available for GCC organizations at this time.   • Microsoft Stream: Playlists in the SharePoint List webpart –  This feature will allow you to display playlists on SharePoint pages using the List webpart.   • Microsoft Teams: Enabling Cloud IntelliFrame for Teams Rooms in the new Microsoft Teams app – Online meeting participants will now be able to experience a meeting with Cloud IntelliFrame in the new Microsoft Teams app. With Cloud IntelliFrame, in-room participants appear similar to remote attendees, creating an immersive and engaging experience for everyone. Whether working from home or in the office, participants can gather more context about the physical shared space and are able to see every facial expression and cue, just as if they were there in person.   • Microsoft Teams: Call delegation feature enhancements – Shared line appearance lets a user choose a delegate to answer or handle calls on their behalf. We are launching a simplified experience for users who have set up call delegation which will be available on the Teams desktop app and Teams phone devices. The new UI will allow delegates to easily switch between the different delegator lines they manage and view call history for the delegator’s line. Delegators will be able to view and join active calls handled by the delegate and grant delegates permission to join active calls.   • Microsoft Defender for Office 365: Teams Security  – Microsoft Defender for Office 365 will provide protection and enhanced security operations (SecOps) experience for Microsoft Teams. These protection capabilities will include automatic remediation of malicious entities and support for end user reporting.   • Microsoft Teams: New Shortcuts for Calls in Teams – We are changing the keyboard shortcuts used to initiate calls in Teams to create differentiation from other commonly used shortcuts and reduce accidental calls. The new shortcuts for Windows will be: Alt + Shift + A to initiate audio calls, Alt + Shift + V for video calls.   • Microsoft Teams: Desktop to web browser join experience for attendees in Virtual Appointments – Schedulers can enable the ‘have attendees join from a web browser’ setting so that attendees joining the virtual appointment on desktop will be routed to the Teams web browser experience.   • Microsoft Teams: Updates to Gallery View in Teams Meetings – The updated Gallery View places everyone in tiles of equal size by default (16:9 ratio) whether their video is on or off. Users can also easily change their gallery size, choose to prioritize tiles with video-on, and remove their tile from the main gallery. When a Microsoft Teams Room joins the meeting, video is optimized by enlarging the size by default and users can re-size via the contextual menu.   •  Microsoft Teams: Archive channels – With Archive Channels, owners and administrators can archive channels that are no longer in use while preserving their content, including messages, files, and tabs. The archived channel is removed from the active teams and channels list and no more actions will be allowed.   • Microsoft Teams: Improved View switcher and Front of Room display controls for Teams Rooms on Android – The updated interface for the Teams Rooms on Android View Switcher menu provides end users with more control of the front of room display(s) during a meeting and enables customizations including visibility of the meeting chat and which meeting component is displayed on the left and right panel for Front Row. Going ahead, customers with MDO P2 or E5 security can create 5000 allows and 10000 blocks in Tenant allow/block list for sender, URL and file category. In that way, admins can reduce the number of false positives.
