Our AI topic extraction recommends up to 3 topics to add to one’s question based on what they wrote. These can be existing Viva topics or newly generated ones that the user can create and add. The user still must select and add our AI suggested topic since they do not automatically get attached to the question. - Microsoft Teams: Simplifying Meeting Join Experiences on Mobile – We are improving the meeting join experience on mobile by 1) streamlining the meeting join process by reducing the number of steps it takes to join the meeting, particularly for users joining from externally of the organization, 2) users who join without signing in will now have the capability to preset and preview video / audio settings prior to joining the meeting, and 3) simplifying the join process for users with multiple accounts by improving the account switching user experience. - Microsoft Teams: Enabling Cloud IntelliFrame for Teams Rooms in the new Microsoft Teams app – Online meeting participants will now be able to experience a meeting with Cloud IntelliFrame in the new Microsoft Teams app. With Cloud IntelliFrame, in-room participants appear similar to remote attendees, creating an immersive and engaging experience for everyone. Whether working from home or in the office, participants can gather more context about the physical shared space and are able to see every facial expression and cue, just as if they were there in person. - Microsoft Teams: Priority account chat controls (Premium) – Administrators will be able to manage priority account chat controls using a policy setting. This enables end users to decide how to handle unwanted internal communications. End users will be notified about chats from new contacts, giving them a choice to accept or block the conversations. If conversations are blocked, all future messages from the sender will no longer be received. Senders can be unblocked at anytime by the users with these policies. - Microsoft Teams: Updates to Gallery View in Teams Meetings – The updated Gallery View places everyone in tiles of equal size by default (16:9 ratio) whether their video is on or off. Users can also easily change their gallery size, choose to prioritize tiles with video-on, and remove their tile from the main gallery. When a Microsoft Teams Room joins the meeting, video is optimized by enlarging the size by default and users can re-size via the contextual menu. Available only in the new Microsoft Teams experience. Forensic evidence is off by default and policy creation requires dual authorization. Customers determine what triggers the feature and manage investigation processes. Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management correlates various signals to identify potential malicious or inadvertent insider risks, such as IP theft, data leakage, and security violations. Insider Risk Management enables customers to create policies to manage security and compliance. - Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Insider Risk Management – Enhancements to app and risky browsing activity evidence – This update provides two enhancements to app and risky browsing activities that may lead to a data security incident in forensic evidence. Admins with appropriate permissions will no longer need to enable browsing indicators from the insider risk settings page to gain visual insights of these activities. In addition, the feature has been updated with more precise detection when users switch between tabs and windows. This results in more reliable visual evidence insights when context is switched in the browser.
