  • Microsoft Purview | Data loss prevention: Contextual evidence match for Endpoint DLP – With this update you will be able to see the matched sensitive information type and the context surrounding it (300 characters) as a result of a DLP policy match on your endpoint devices.  Roadmap ID: 98095
  • Microsoft 365 compliance center: Microsoft Purview | Data Loss Prevention – Deep link to Content Viewer from DLP alert – This feature allows admins to easily open Content Viewer and view the content of the document that has triggered a DLP alert. Admins can pass the event ID and the creation time of the DLP rule match alert to the deep link to open and view the related document in the Content Viewer. Roadmap ID: 93344

  • 🆕 Outlook: Outlook on the web: Junk/Phishing reporting actions integrated with Microsoft Defender for Office 365 – Description: The appearance and behavior of report phishing/junk actions in Outlook on the web can be controlled by admins using User Reported Settings in security.microsoft.com. Admins will be able to control whether the built-in Report actions appear in Outlook on the web, where these messages get reported to, and whether the user is prompted as they report phishing and junk.   • 🆕 Microsoft Purview | Data loss prevention: Support for complex conditions (U.S. government clouds) – With this update, you will be able to create complex conditions while configuring your Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention policies. You will be able to create conditions with AND/OR combinations with the ability to create groups to achieve condition combinations like A AND (B OR C). Roadmap ID: 103620
  • Microsoft 365 compliance center: Microsoft Purview | eDiscovery (Premium) – Support for Graph Connectors content – Microsoft 365 admins can now connect third-party applications into their environments via Graph Connectors. With this update this content will now be available for eDiscovery workflows including collections, review, and export. Roadmap ID: 93414

  • Microsoft Information Protection: Microsoft Purview | Application of a “default label” to an unlabeled file uploaded to a SharePoint Online document library (U.S. Government clouds) – With this update, all newly uploaded documents to a document library can “inherit” the configured label for the document library (if not already labeled). Roadmap ID:93362
  • Microsoft Purview | Endpoint DLP: Sanctioned and unsanctioned site groups for different sensitive files – With this capability you will be able to create groups of service domains and manage restrictions for the groups within the DLP policy. As an example, you will be able to allow ‘upload’ of sensitive data only to corporate SharePoint sites and block elsewhere. Roadmap ID: 98139
  • Microsoft Purview | Endpoint DLP: Authorized USB devices – With this capability, you can create groups of USB devices and designate restrictive actions for each group within your DLP policy in Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention. As an example, you will be able to create authorized or unauthorized groups of USB devices based on serial numbers and allow ‘copy’ of documents to certain groups of USB devices and block ‘copy’ for others.   • Microsoft Purview | Endpoint DLP: Authorized network share paths – With this capability, you will be able to create groups of network share paths and designate restrictive actions for each group within your DLP policy in Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention. Roadmap ID: 98141
  • Microsoft Purview | Audit: Granular scoping with role-based access control (RBAC) – IT departments in large organizations are built in a way that some of the day-to-day tasks are delegated to specific people or roles in the organization following the industry standard of least privilege access. Admins have a need to delegate role-based permissions to users or analysts in a granular way. In some cases, this delegation is based on function, and in other cases it is based on geography or scope of work. In this release, Audit will provide role-based information with Audit search results through the UI. Roadmap ID: 98145
  • Microsoft Purview | Endpoint DLP: Authorized printer groups – With this capability, you can create groups of printer devices and designate restrictive actions for each group within your DLP policy in Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention. As an example, you will be able to create authorized or unauthorized groups and allow the “Print” activity to certain groups of printers and block “Print” for others. Roadmap ID: 98156
