  • Enhanced scheduling form – The existing scheduling form has been updated with multiple new features, including: improved scheduling assistant, time zone picker, availability status on people and locations and more. Roadmap ID: 54364

🚂 ROLLING OUT

  • Real time presence – Whether you are free for a quick chat or presenting in a meeting, real time presence increases the accuracy of your status so others know when to reach out. Roadmap ID: 52395
  • Simplified channel notification settings management – Through the teams and channels list or from the channel header, users can quickly manage their notification settings with a new fly-out design. Roadmap ID: 64139
  • Settings gear on activity feed – Users can now directly access activity feed and notification setting from the feed left rail by the means of a settings gear. Roadmap ID: 64135
  • Organization allowed accounts config (Teams mobile) – Teams for iOS and Android now provides Teams administrators with the ability to push allowed account configurations to Teams. Roadmap ID: 64143

⌛ IN DEVELOPMENT

  • New lobby setting: only the organizer joins the meeting directly – Microsoft are adding “Only me” as an option to the “Who can bypass lobby?” setting. Once enabled, only the organizer will be able to join the meeting directly. Roadmap ID: 64343
  • Live captions in Teams meetings for GCC tenants – This feature enables meeting participants to view captions during a Teams meeting. Roadmap ID: 64368
