  • SharePoint: Page Agent – The SharePoint Page Agent is a declarative agent that enables users to create and refine SharePoint pages directly within BizChat or other Copilot apps.   • Microsoft Teams: Agent & bot support for Entra authentication in group chats – Agents & bots in group chats will now be able to authenticate through Entra. When an app requests a user’s Entra token in a group chat, if that user does not have the app installed or Entra consent, they are sent a targeted message. This targeted message is only visible to that user. This message serves two purposes: to ask the user to install the Teams app personally and to open the Entra permission consent dialog.   • Microsoft Teams: Security and Compliance information for more Apps and Agents – IT admins in the Teams admin center can view security and compliance data for apps and agents that are Microsoft 365 certified or publisher attested. This enhancement expands that visibility to include apps and agents that are not certified or attested.   • Microsoft Teams: Live caption translation in Teams Rooms on Android – Users can now choose the translation language you prefer without affecting what other meeting participants see in Teams Rooms on Android. Currently, live captions display in the spoken language by default, this change allows individuals to select their own experience.   • Microsoft Teams: Emoji Reactions Workflows – Seamlessly set up workflows started by emoji reactions in Teams.   • Microsoft Teams: Custom ringtone behavior and ringtones for assigned line keys – Personalize your Teams phone experience by setting unique ringtones and choosing how each line key alerts you—ring only, ring with flash, or flash only.   • Microsoft Teams: Line key support for shared line and call transfers – Assign shared lines to a line key and view the boss and delegates of the line along with their presence on Teams Phone devices with touch screens. Delegates can pick up calls on behalf of the boss by pressing the line key and join active calls.   • Microsoft Teams: Speed dial customization on line keys for touch phones – Configure custom contacts and speed dial on the line key of touch phone devices certified for Microsoft Teams.     • Microsoft Teams: Enhancements to channel agents – Each channel can have a dedicated agent that draws on the channel’s knowledge to act as a domain expert for the team. New enhancements enable the agent to use files from the channel’s SharePoint when responding to queries, create ad hoc status reports configured through natural language, and generate new workback plans that can be added to Planner.     • Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft 365): Updated UI for Copilot Chat entry point in Word, Excel and PowerPoint apps – We are updating the entry point user interface for Copilot Chat. The Copilot Chat entry point button will move out of the app ribbon to the app canvas to help with discoverability and use within the context of the file. This update will apply to Microsoft 365 users of Word, Excel and PowerPoint who are eligible for Copilot Chat across web, mobile and desktop. Sending email with attachments to self – Users will be brought into scope of a policy when business-sensitive data is potentially leaked from a work email account to user’s personal email account or emailing self, potentially leading to a data security incident. Admins with appropriate permissions can enable these indicators from the settings page and use these triggers in the data leaks or data leaks by priority users template. Faster Access: Access event details (e.g. Impacted assets) with just 1 click on the main alerts page itself, compared to 4 clicks earlier, reducing triage time significantly. 3.     • Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Data Loss Prevention: User based alert aggregation – User-Based Aggregation consolidates DLP alerts by user identity i.e. a DLP rule violations, in a specified aggregation time window, of the same rule and single user will be aggregated into a single alert enabling quicker triage and remediation. Instead of reviewing alerts containing rule match events of multiple users, DLP admin can now analyze grouped DLP rule match events per user, gaining insights into repeated policy violations and anomalous behavior.     • Microsoft Purview: Inline data security controls (DLP) for more unmanaged GenAI apps in Edge for Business – Inline protections for text and file uploads, directly integrated into for Edge for Business, can be applied to more unmanaged consumer GenAI apps.     • Microsoft Purview: Inline data security controls (DLP) for file uploads to unmanaged GenAI apps in Edge for Business – Inline protections for file upload protection are directly integrated into for Edge for Business to help prevent data leakage when users upload files to consumer GenAI apps in the browser. In addition to existing text upload controls in Purview collection and DLP policies, Admins can now detect and enforce inline protections on file uploads. Policies can target file-specific conditions such as file size, file type, and sensitive information types, enabling organizations to audit or block activities for users in Edge on Intune-managed Windows devices.     • Microsoft Purview: Data Loss Prevention- Admin units support for SharePoint Online – Delegate management and remediation authority for different people in different regions or organization units with role-based access control (RBAC). For example, German investigators should be able to investigate alerts and audit events for only German users. This update extends support to SharePoint for Microsoft 365.     • Microsoft Purview: Insider Risk Management – Enhancements to variant limits and detection groups – Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management variant limit is being increased from 3 to 10 per indicator and an overall limit of 100 across all indicators. Along with this, the number of items in one detection group is being increased from 200 to 500. Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management correlates various signals to identify potential malicious or inadvertent insider risks, such as IP theft, data leakage, and security violations. Insider Risk Management enables customers to create policies based on their own internal policies, governance, and organizational requirements.     • Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Insider Risk Management – Risky AI usage – With this update, Insider Risk Management will help admins identify risky AI usage. We are adding new detections of intentional and unintentional insider risk activity on generative AI apps that can pose a risk to an organization. Activities will include risky prompts containing sensitive info or risky intent and sensitive responses containing sensitive info or is generated from sensitive files or sites.  Coverage will span across Microsoft Copilots and 3P generative AI apps. These detections will also contribute to Adaptive Protection insider risk levels.     • Microsoft Purview: DSPM data risk assessments: item-level investigation & remediation – Microsoft Purview Data risk assessments now support item-level investigation and remediation of SharePoint data. Item-level insights like sensitivity label and sharing links created help users identify potentially overshared items. Users are empowered to remediate overshared items by resolving, notifying, applying a sensitivity label, or removing sharing links for selected item(s). This helps organizations proactively reduce data exposure, strengthen compliance posture, and ensure sensitive data are only accessible to the right people.     • Microsoft Purview: Data Security Investigations – Introducing integration with Data Security Posture Management and deepening integration with Defender XDR, Insider Risk Management – Data Security Investigations (DSI) insights are now being incorporated into Data Security Posture Management to support the prevention of sensitive content exfiltration. Additionally, DSI integrations with Defender XDR and Insider Risk Management are being enhanced, reflecting customer feedback received during the Public Preview phase.
