            • Microsoft Teams: Support for PowerPoint live within Cloud Video Interop (CVI) – This new functionality will provide CVI Partners with the ability to display still images when PowerPoint live content is being presented within a Microsoft Teams meeting.               • 🆕 Microsoft Teams: Support Audit logs for Give and Take Control and Screen share – IT administrators will now have the ability to access detailed logs for both the “Give and Take Control” and “Screenshare” features. These logs will provide comprehensive information, including the names and timestamps of the individuals involved in each action. Specifically, the logs will indicate who initiated or received control, as well as who started the screenshare session, along with the corresponding timestamps and names. This enhancement ensures greater transparency and accountability for all control and screenshare activities.               • 🆕 Microsoft Teams: Configurable Keyboard Shortcuts – Set your own keyboard shortcuts to match your work preferences.               • 🆕 Microsoft Teams: Copilot in Teams can generate an audio overview of your meetings – Copilot can generate an audio overview of your transcribed meetings, transforming one or multiple meetings into an engaging listening experience. Users can choose how they want to listen: select one or two speakers, adjust the tone from concise to playful, and tailor the length.               • 🆕 Microsoft Teams: AI assistant for admins in the Pro Management portal – IT admins can save time and effort using this AI-powered assistant, which provides answers to ‘how to’ product questions related to Teams meeting spaces and management solutions and provides data and insights specific to inventory in the organizations environment. Available in Teams Rooms Pro.   Important note:  This is not officially Copilot as it doesnt yet meet all requirements. It is LLM chatbot AI assistance thought.               • 🆕 Microsoft Teams: Block a user for your organization in GCC-High and DoD – With the availability of the delete API (removeallaccessforuser API), it does not stop the malicious user from resending the message to the same victim. To help prevent that, a block user API will allow the admin to block the malicious user from reaching out again. To make this even more effective, we will utilize a similar feature as the allow/block list in federation to block the malicious user from the entire organization.               • Microsoft Teams: Intelligent meeting recap available in multi-tenant set ups – Copilot users in business-to-business multi-tenant organization set ups can now view the intelligent meeting recap after the meeting from the resource tenant where the meeting was hosted.               • Microsoft Teams: Moderator-Governed Meetings for Information Barrier Compliance (Premium) – This new Microsoft Teams Meeting feature enables secure collaboration between users separated by information barriers (also known as ethical walls) under strict compliance oversight. With this capability, meetings involving participants from restricted groups can proceed only when a designated meeting moderator assigned by the compliance department is present. If the last moderator leaves the meeting,  the meeting automatically ends. This ensures real-time compliance monitoring and maintains regulatory integrity during sensitive cross-barrier interactions.               • Microsoft Teams: Call quality reports for BYOD rooms in the Pro Management portal – As with Microsoft Teams Rooms, admins can now access detailed call quality reports for BYOD rooms with associated peripherals in the Pro Management portal. These reports include call history and session details that help diagnose network, audio, and video issues. Reports in the Pro Management portal requires a Teams Shared Devices license for the room.               • Microsoft Teams: Expanded and enhanced peripheral auto-association support for BYOD spaces – BYOD spaces now support additional room and desk peripherals, including docking stations and webcams. This enables users to seamlessly connect and utilize audio and video peripherals for a higher-quality experience. IT admins will receive an expanded view and detailed reports for peripherals associated with BYOD spaces in the Pro Management Portal, when a particular BYOD space has a Teams Shared Devices license.               • Microsoft Teams: Ultra-low latency (ULL) attendee experience for Teams Town hall  – With Ultra-low latency, attendees will now be able to view and participate in a town hall instance at a much lower latency than before, ensuring they are in sync with content being shared by presenters and organizers. This update significantly improves the attendee experience compared to the typical 20-30 second delay experienced in the past. The Lobby chat is intended to optimize the lobby experience for all participants, ensuring that organizers are better equipped to run external meetings have more control over meetings with external participants, and external attendees are well informed about the meeting upon meeting start.               • Microsoft Teams: Collaborative Notes and Loop Components for Microsoft 365 GCC High and DoD – Teams Notes and Loop components are now available in Microsoft 365 GCC High and DoD environments, enabling real-time collaboration in chats and meetings. Loop components allow users to co-author tables, action items, and lists directly in chats, while Collaborative Notes let meeting attendees co-create and collaborate on their meeting agendas, notes, and action items. As Loop components, these features stay up-to-date across all shared locations, and assigned tasks automatically sync with Microsoft To Do and Planner for seamless task management.                   • 🆕 OneDrive: Prompt to Add Personal Account to OneDrive Sync – This feature enables the OneDrive Sync client on Windows to detect known Microsoft personal accounts associated with business devices and prompt users to sync their personal OneDrive files. If the user accepts the prompt, their personal files will begin syncing alongside their work files. No action is required to enable this behavior by default.
