The eSignature request will be processed by DocuSign and a copy of the signed document will be automatically saved in SharePoint after signing. This reduces the risks of potential data leakage that customers often report as they move sensitive documents between SharePoint and 3rd party eSignature platforms. • Microsoft Teams: Room audio auto-detect and pre-select in BYOD meeting rooms – When users connect their laptop to a room’s shared peripheral through USB, Teams automatically detects the room’s audio and recommends connecting on the pre-join screen, streamlining the bring your own device (BYOD) meeting room experience. For room devices (e.g., displays, audio devices) recognized as shared and on Microsoft’s known BYOD devices list, users will automatically transition to the room’s audio upon connection. •  Microsoft Teams: Queues app (Premium) – The new Queues app is a solution for collaboratively handling customer calls natively in Teams. Starting with surfacing call queue calls, your team members can use the Queues app to handle inbound calls, be it PSTN or VOIP. They can make outbound calls on behalf of the call queues or auto attendant that they are assigned to. And they can review the call queue statistics and seamlessly collaborate with their lead and colleagues within the flow of work. Authorized users, with permissions from Teams admins, can monitor their call queues and auto attendants in realtime, generate reports on queue and agent performance, configure their call queues and auto attendants using Teams settings, and opt in or out their team members to optimize for business needs. • Microsoft Teams: Sensitivity label support for town hall and webinars (Premium) – This feature will now allow event organizers to set sensitivity labels for town halls and webinars. • Microsoft Teams: Skin tone setting and reactions – In Teams settings, users have the option to select their preferred skin tone. You can also change settings including the spoken language, the translated language, and whether the original and translated transcript would show side by side. • 🆕 Microsoft Teams: VDI Status Indicator – This feature provides a visual optimization status indicator in Teams for VDI users. It will provide the user with an easy to understand status message (like ‘Optimized’, or ‘Not Optimized’), some contextual information about the optimization mode (optimized with the WebRTC-based solution or the new SlimCore-based solution), and in the not optimized case it will provide a brief description of the problem and an error code, for better supportability. It will also provide an option to repair Teams optimization mode if the user is not optimized (through a restart). • 🆕 Microsoft Teams: DVR (Digital Video Recording) capabilities for town halls on desktop and web – Users can now interact with an instance of a live streaming town hall instance in the same way they would a recorded piece of content when viewing via desktop or web. DVR functionality in town hall enables event attendees to pause and move forward or back within a town hall, navigate to any previously-streamed timestamp, and other abilities that make interacting with a town hall more convenient and makes it easier to digest the content being presented. This feature is available for town hall instances that have been set up by an Organizer role with a Teams Premium license. This functionality will enable users to collaborate spatially as avatars on a 2D whiteboard present in the virtual space, available on PC and Meta Quest devices. Mesh event attendees can use inking, annotation, and other built-in tools to brainstorm, plan, and share with others on a digital canvas in real time. Activities will include risky prompts containing sensitive info or risky intent and sensitive responses containing sensitive info or is generated from sensitive files or sites.  Coverage will span across Microsoft Copilots and 3P generative AI apps. These detections will also contribute to Adaptive Protection insider risk levels.  Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management correlates various signals to identify potential malicious or inadvertent insider risks, such as IP theft, data leakage, and security violations.
