All form responses appear immediately in your list after recipient clicks the submit button. Roadmap ID:124865

🚂 ROLLING OUT
- SharePoint: Custom image as Section Background – SharePoint lets you customize the sections backgrounds with your own image. We’ve enhanced the focal point and introduced more settings like fill mode, overlay, opacity to help you adhere to accessibility best practices and make sure that your contents are clear and readable with customized background. This gives you more power over the image to make your page beautiful. Find out more: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=&searchterms=378648
- Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365: Restricted SharePoint Search – Restricted SharePoint Search (RSS) is a setting that will allow Global/Tenant and SharePoint Admins to disable organization-wide search and select a set of curated SharePoint sites. These selected sites, along with the users’ OneDrive files and content, will then become accessible in search and in the Copilot experiences. This means that whether you have Enterprise Search or Restricted SharePoint Search enabled, users in your organization will still be able to interact with their OneDrive information in Copilot. 🚂 ROLLING OUT
- Microsoft Teams: Programmatic Desktop Sharing – With desktop sharing (made available OOB), meeting presenters can now screen-share all their meeting apps directly onto the stage for improved collaboration. We are introducing programmatic desktop sharing, which allows developers to enable screensharing specific pieces of app content. Unlike the currently existing share to stage functionality, meeting participants cannot interact with the shared app; they have a view-only mode of the presenter’s app screen similar to screen sharing, but in one click. The shared content is also automatically captured in the meeting recording. This works great for co-consumption scenarios and requires little developer investment. - Outlook: Multiple insights and notifications on profile cards – Previously, users were only able to see one insight or notification on their own or on a colleague’s profile card. Now they will be able to see multiple insights through a Show All button. #newoutlookforwindows Find out more: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=&searchterms=395789

- Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps: Behaviors – A new data type in Microsoft 365 Defender Advanced Hunting. Behaviors will optimize the alerts queue by enabling security teams to focus on the most relevant alerts in their environment. They will indicate what took place in a descriptive form, attached to the MITRE tactics and techniques that are common measure most organizations follow and test their coverage against. This new data type which sits between the raw data and alert, will enable your security teams to prioritize critical alerts in your environment without having to compromise contextual information provided in a behavior that may be important to an investigation. The behaviors data will also enrich the context of related incidents and only correlate anomalies when relevant. Within Defender for Cloud Apps, we have identified some detections that are better suited as behaviors, and we are transforming them to the new data type to reflect it that can be retrieved via advanced hunting.
