- Microsoft Teams: App suggestions by task in In-context Stores – Users think about which tasks they need to complete such as creating a survey inside Teams. Now, app suggestions will be organized by tasks the apps support as opposed to conventional categories (productivity, project management). As a result, the new categorization will reduce the amount of time users need to spend learning about these apps – helping them to work more effectively. The task-based app suggestions will be added to the Tabs, Messaging Extension, and Bots in-context Stores. Roadmap ID:122527

We are adding OCR support on Mac endpoints to detect sensitive content in images and apply policies to protect these images. Only users with the specific role of “Data Classification Content Viewers” will be able to access this sensitive data. - Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Audit – HighCompleteness parameter in Search – UnifiedAuditLog Audit cmdlet – Microsoft is introducing a new query parameter which allows you to switch between performance and completeness of query results based on the scenario requirement. When enabled, the query returns more complete search results but may take significantly longer to run. When disabled, the query runs faster but may have missing search results. - Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Audit – New filters in Audit Search – Audit Search allows customers to retrieve audit logs relevant to a security or compliance investigation. - Microsoft Defender for Office 365: 45 days after last used for Allow – Admins can configure allows to be removed after 45 days from the last used date.
