  • Microsoft Teams: Slide control for presenters – Meeting or event presenters can now share control of slides with fellow presenters eliminating manual slide changes and maintaining a smooth flow during meetings or webinars.   • Microsoft Teams: Monitor Teams client updates in Teams Admin center – IT Administrators can now monitor Teams client version update adoption and access detailed adoption information. This feature enables administrators to proactively understand version adoption, assess version health, and access granular details about devices and users who are on the latest client versions. Additionally, it provides visibility on recency of client versions. Administrators can now proactively view insights and address issues preventing users from automatically updating to the latest and most secure version of the Teams client.   • Microsoft Teams: Teams client health dashboards in Teams Admin Center – IT Administrators can view and monitor the health of Teams desktop clients on both Windows and Mac platforms. Administrators are equipped with detailed information on issues, insights, and mitigation tools to promptly and effectively address any potential client health problems.   • Microsoft Teams: Automatically update your work location via your organization’s Wi-Fi – When users connect to their organization’s Wi-Fi, Teams will soon be able to automatically update their work location to reflect the building they’re working from.   • Microsoft Teams: Customize the screen in Teams Town halls through ‘Manage what attendees see’ [Teams Premium] – The enhanced “Manage what attendees see” experience enables organizers to take their Town hall presentations to the next level. Organizers and presenters can apply layouts, backgrounds, theme colors, and name tags to deliver events that are polished, professional, and highly engaging.   • Microsoft Teams: Security and Compliance information for more Apps and Agents – Today, IT admins in the Teams admin center can view security and compliance data for apps and agents that are Microsoft 365 certified or publisher attested. This enhancement expands that visibility to include apps and agents that are not certified or attested. Where available, this data is sourced from Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps (MDA) and helps admins more easily and quickly evaluate whether an app or agent meets their organization’s trust requirements.   • Microsoft Teams: Permission and Privilege level of Apps and Agents – Today, IT admins in the Teams admin center can view the permissions requested by an app or agent—these permissions define what organizational data the app can access. This feature enhances that experience by showing the risk rating of each permission and the overall privilege level of the app or agent, helping admins better secure organizational data and make faster, more informed approval decisions.   • Microsoft Teams: Recommended actions page in the Teams Rooms Pro Management portal – The new page in the Pro Management portal provides proactive recommendations based on your organization’s environment and upcoming events that can impact devices, such as support or certification expirations. Admins are prompted to update device and account data enabling rich insights from the portal, and guidance based on space and device usage data is coming soon. This feature helps admins maintain smooth operations and plan and budget efficiently. At least one Teams Rooms Pro or Teams Shared Devices license is required for access.   • Microsoft Teams: Join town halls and webinars as an attendee from Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android – Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android can now join Town Halls in Teams as attendees. You can attend directly from the invited Teams Room, with the same features that attendees have for Town Halls on the Teams desktop app. Available in Teams Rooms Pro.   • Microsoft Teams: People count captured by Cloud IntelliFrame in the Pro Management portal reports – Admins get enhanced visibility into room usage from Pro Management portal reports with detailed occupancy data captured by Cloud IntelliFrame during meetings. This insight helps IT more effectively plan and optimize meeting spaces, and is currently available for Teams Rooms on Windows licensed with Teams Rooms Pro.   • Microsoft Teams: App Deployment in Teams Admin Center – We’re introducing a new admin setting that replaces the Installed apps section in app setup policies, enabling more streamlined per-app deployment control.   • Microsoft Teams: Raise hands in Town Hall – Currently in a Teams Town hall, attendees cannot raise their hands and share their microphone and camera as they can in a meeting. With this new update, town halls organized by users with Teams Premium will allow attendees to raise their hand like they would in a standard Teams meeting. The ability to raise a hand can signal to organizers and presenters, who can then bring attendees on screen to allow them to share their camera and microphone.   • Microsoft Teams: Noise Suppression for Dial-In Participants in Teams Audio Conferences – Microsoft Teams will soon support noise suppression for dial-in participants. This feature automatically filters out background noise (e.g., traffic, typing) for users who join meetings via phone (PSTN). It enhances clarity and reduces distractions for all meeting participants. The feature will be rolled out gradually.   • Microsoft Teams: Front-of-room view control for Town Hall and Webinar in Teams Rooms on Windows – When a Teams Rooms on Windows is invited as a meeting presenter, the front-of-room display defaults to the attendee view. Presenters always have full control from the console, including green room and off-stage management, and can switch the front-of-room display to presenter view without impacting attendees.   • Microsoft Teams: Consult and merge a PSTN caller through DTMF – Users have always been able to dial a phone number and add someone to a meeting. Now, meeting organizers can seamlessly consult and merge PSTN callers to active Teams meetings even if they are behind auto-attendants that require Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency, or DTMF, navigation. For example, you can connect with and consult a subject matter expert through an audio conference dial-in before adding them to the group discussion.   • Microsoft Teams: Interpreter agent support in Teams rooms on Windows – The Interpreter agent acts as a translator in Microsoft Teams meetings, allowing participants to listen to the meeting in their chosen language with real-time translation so speaking different languages isn’t a barrier to effective understanding and collaboration.   • Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft 365): Customize AI-generated notes in meeting recap – Users can now customize the AI-generated notes in meeting recap, instantly transforming meeting notes into the format that works best for each person. Choose from built-in options like Speaker Summary or Executive Summary to quickly surface the details that matter most. Users can even create and save their own custom templates with a simple prompt, so meeting notes always match the way each user prefers to work. On top of prioritizing critical alerts for analysts to triage first, alert triage agent will provide a summary of findings to help users understand what are the riskiest activities that make this alert critical to review.
